5. Setup

Follow these steps to set up your PUWU ARC-200 welder:

1. Connect Cables: Insert the quick connectors of the electrode holder cable and the work clamp cable into the corresponding terminals on the front panel of the welder. Ensure they are securely twisted into place.
2. Power Connection: Plug the welder's power cord into a standard 110V AC outlet. It is recommended to use a circuit protected by a 40A to 50A breaker.
3. Turn On: Locate the power switch on the back of the welder and turn it to the 'ON' position. The digital display will illuminate.
4. Attach Work Clamp: Securely attach the work clamp to the workpiece you intend to weld. Ensure good electrical contact.
5. Insert Electrode: Clamp the appropriate welding electrode (e.g., E6013) into the electrode holder.
