Starting, Pausing, and Resetting

- To Pause: Place the timer flat with the screen facing upwards. The countdown will automatically pause. You can also press the Start / Pause Button.
- To Resume: Flip the timer back to the display-down position or press the Start / Pause Button to resume the countdown.
- To Reset: If the timer is paused or counting down, flipping it to the display-down position after a countdown ends will initiate a count-up. To reset to a new countdown, simply adjust the time with the roller.
