Setup

1. Charging the Earbuds and Case

Before first use, fully charge the earbuds and the charging case. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the case and a power source. The case's touch screen will display battery levels for both earbuds and the case in real-time. A full charge for the case takes approximately 1.5 hours.

2. Pairing with Your Device

1. Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
2. On your smartphone, tablet, or laptop, enable Bluetooth.
3. Search for available devices and select "U9" from the list.
4. Once connected, the earbuds will indicate successful pairing.

Operating Instructions

Earbud Touch Controls

The earbuds feature touch-sensitive areas for various functions:

• Play/Pause: Double-tap either earbud.
• Next Song: Long press right earbud for 2 seconds.
• Previous Song: Long press left earbud for 2 seconds.
• Answer/End Call: Single-tap either earbud.
• Reject Call: Long press either earbud for 2 seconds.
• Activate Voice Assistant (Siri): Triple-tap left earbud.
• ANC Mode Switching: Triple-tap right earbud to cycle through Normal, Transparency, and Noise Cancellation modes.

Charging Case Touch Screen Controls

The multifunctional touch screen on the charging case provides extensive control over your earbuds and additional features. Swipe left or right to navigate through the different screens.

• Music Playback: Control play, pause, and skip tracks directly from the screen.

Maintenance

• Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.

Troubleshooting

• Earbuds not pairing: Ensure both earbuds are in the charging case, then open the lid to activate pairing mode. Check your device's Bluetooth settings to ensure it's discoverable and select "U9".
• No sound from one earbud: Place both earbuds back in the case, close the lid, and then reopen it. Re-pair with your device if necessary.
• Charging issues: Ensure the charging cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source. Check for any debris in the charging port.
• Touch controls unresponsive: Ensure your fingers are clean and dry. If the issue persists, place the earbuds back in the case and restart the connection.
• Screen unresponsive: If the touch screen on the case is unresponsive, try restarting the case by closing and reopening the lid.
