- Connect USB Adapter:
- Locate the USB adapter (dongle) stored in the compartment on the underside of the mouse.
- Plug the USB adapter into an available USB-A port on your computer. For optimal performance and reduced latency, especially if your PC is under a desk, use the provided USB adapter with the Type-C cable as an extender to bring the receiver closer to the mouse.
- Power On: Turn on the mouse using the power switch located on the underside. The mouse should automatically connect to the USB adapter.
- Install Software (Optional but Recommended): Download and install the "A HUB" driver software from the official Rapoo website (www.rapoo.com) for Windows or Mac OS to customize buttons, DPI settings, and macros.
Operating Instructions
- Basic Movement and Clicking: Use the mouse as a standard pointing device. The left and right click buttons feature 120-million optical switches for precise and durable clicks.
- DPI Adjustment: The mouse features dedicated DPI +/- buttons (typically located near the scroll wheel or on the underside) to cycle through preset DPI levels. Use the "A HUB" software for fine-tuning and setting independent X/Y DPI values up to 30,000 DPI.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the mouse surface. For stubborn dirt, a slightly damp cloth can be used, ensuring no moisture enters the internal components.
- Sensor Care: Keep the optical sensor on the underside clean and free of dust or debris to maintain tracking accuracy.
- Storage: When not in use for extended periods, turn off the mouse to conserve battery life. Store in a cool, dry place.
- Replacing Mouse Feet: If the PTFE mouse feet show significant wear, replace them with the provided spare set for optimal glide.
Troubleshooting
- Mouse not responding:
- Ensure the mouse is powered on.
- Check if the USB adapter is securely plugged into the computer.
- Verify the mouse battery is charged. Try connecting the Type-C cable to use it in wired mode.
- Try plugging the USB adapter into a different USB port.
- Intermittent connection or lag:
- Ensure the USB adapter is not too far from the mouse. Use the USB adapter with the Type-C cable as an extender to place it closer to the mouse.
- Minimize interference from other wireless devices (e.g., Wi-Fi routers, other wireless peripherals).
- Ensure the mouse sensor is clean.
- DPI settings not changing:
- Ensure the "A HUB" software is installed and running.
- Check if custom profiles are active and correctly configured.
