4. Setup

- Clean: Before first use, wash the stainless steel bowl, splash guard, and all attachments (whisk, flat beater, dough hook) in warm soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry. Wipe the motor unit with a damp cloth.
- Position: Place the mixer on a clean, dry, and stable countertop. Ensure the suction cup feet are firmly attached to the surface for stability.
- Attach Bowl: Press the head release button to tilt the mixing head upwards. Place the stainless steel bowl onto the base, aligning the grooves, and turn it clockwise until it locks securely in place.
- Attach Accessory: Select the desired attachment (whisk, flat beater, or dough hook). Insert the attachment into the shaft and turn it counter-clockwise until it locks into place.
- Lower Head: Press the head release button again and gently lower the mixing head until it clicks into its locked position.
