Maintenance
Cleaning Your Apple Watch
Regular cleaning helps maintain your watch's appearance and functionality.
- Watch Case: Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. If necessary, lightly dampen the cloth with fresh water.
- Milanese Loop Band: Wipe with a soft, lint-free cloth. For deeper cleaning, a slightly damp cloth can be used. Ensure the band is completely dry before reattaching.
- Avoid using abrasive materials, harsh chemicals, or compressed air.
Water Resistance
The Apple Watch Series 11 is water resistant, but not waterproof. It can be used for shallow-water activities like swimming in a pool or ocean. It should not be used for scuba diving, waterskiing, or other activities involving high-velocity water or submersion below shallow depths. Water resistance may decrease over time. After contact with water, especially saltwater, rinse the watch with fresh water and dry it thoroughly.

- Restart both your Apple Watch and iPhone.
- Check for software updates on both devices.
- If previously paired, unpair the watch from your iPhone's Watch app and try pairing again.
