Charge the cleaner every three months to ensure optimal battery life.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Robot Not Moving or Stuck

  • Check if the battery is sufficiently charged.
  • Ensure there are no large obstacles or debris blocking the wheels or brushes.
  • Verify that the pool surface is suitable for the robot's operation (e.g., not excessively slippery).

5.2 Poor Cleaning Performance

  • Clean the filter basket and ultra-fine filter thoroughly. A clogged filter reduces suction power.
  • Ensure the robot is operating in the correct cleaning mode for the type of debris and pool area.
  • Check for any blockages in the suction inlets.

5.3 App Connection Issues

  • Ensure the robot is powered on and within Bluetooth range of your device.
  • Restart the WYBOT App and try reconnecting.
  • If issues persist, try resetting the robot's Bluetooth connection (refer to app settings for this option).

5.4 Charging Problems

  • Ensure the charging port is completely dry before connecting the charger.
  • Verify that the charger is properly connected to both the robot and a power outlet.
  • Check the charging indicator light for proper status (flashing green for charging, solid green for fully charged).
