4. Setup and First Use

Follow these steps to set up your AVCOO TENS Unit for the first time:

1. Clean and Dry Skin: Ensure the skin area where pads will be applied is clean and dry. This helps with pad adhesion and effective stimulation.
2. Connect Pads to Lead Wires: Attach the electrode pads to the lead wires. The lead wires are designed with a Type-C connector.
3. Plug Lead Wire to Device: Insert the Type-C connector of the lead wire firmly into the Type-C port on the AVCOO TENS Unit. Ensure it is fully inserted to prevent loose connections.

1. Select Mode: Press the "M" button (Mode button) to cycle through TENS, EMS, and RELAX modes.
2. Select Program: Use the "<" and ">" arrow buttons to select a specific program within the chosen mode. The device offers 24 programs.
3. Adjust Intensity (Right Channel): Use the right "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the intensity level for the blue wires (right channel). There are 30 intensity levels available.
4. Adjust Intensity (Left Channel): Use the left "+" and "-" buttons to adjust the intensity level for the gray wires (left channel).
5. Set Time: Short press the "T" button (Timer button) to set the treatment duration (10-90 minutes) or select continuous mode.
