1. Introduction

4. Setup

4.1 Unpacking and Placement

• Carefully remove the water cooler from its packaging.
• Place the unit on a firm, level surface away from direct sunlight and heat sources. Ensure adequate ventilation around the unit.
• Allow the unit to stand upright for at least 2 hours before plugging it in to allow refrigerants to settle.

4.2 Water Bottle Installation (Bottom Loading)

• Open the bottom door of the water cooler.
• Insert a 3 or 5-gallon water bottle into the compartment.
• Attach the water pump hose (located inside the compartment) securely to the neck of the water bottle.
• Close the bottom door. The magnetic closure will ensure a secure shut.

4.3 Initial Cleaning

• Before first use, perform a self-cleaning cycle. Fill the internal water reservoir (pull out the front tray) with approximately 36 ounces of clean, potable water.
• Press and hold the 'Clean' button on the control panel to initiate the 5-minute self-cleaning process.
• Once the cycle is complete, empty the water from the reservoir.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Water Dispensing

• Place your cup under the dispenser spout.
• Select your desired water temperature (Cold, Hot, Room Temperature) by pressing the corresponding icon on the digital display.
• For hot water, a child safety lock is integrated. Press the hot water icon, then unlock, then press the hot water icon again to dispense.
• You can choose pre-set volumes (6oz, 12oz, 18oz, 24oz) or press the 'Water' icon for continuous dispensing, pressing again to stop.

5.2 Ice Making & Crushing

• Ensure the water reservoir is filled.
• Press the 'Ice' icon on the control panel to begin ice production. The unit produces bullet-shaped ice.
• The smart ice production control will automatically stop when the ice storage is full.
• To crush ice, scoop bullet ice into the crusher (located behind the dispenser spout) and press the 'Ice' button.

• Download the TUYA app from your smartphone's app store.

7. Maintenance & Cleaning

7.1 Drip Tray Cleaning
