1. Introduction

3. Setup

3.1 Battery Charging

The A1-Slope features an integrated rechargeable Lithium-Ion battery. Before first use, fully charge the device. A full charge can provide power for over 50 rounds of golf.

  1. Locate the charging port on the device.
  2. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the rangefinder and a compatible USB power source.

4.1 Power On/Off and Ranging

To power on the device, press the Power/Fire button. To range a target, aim the reticle at the desired object and press the Power/Fire button. The distance will be displayed in the viewfinder.

PinSeeker with Jolt provides confirmation when the rangefinder has locked onto the flagstick, filtering out background objects. When the flag is acquired, the device will vibrate briefly (Jolt) and a flashing red ring will appear in the display.

4.3 Slope Compensation

The A1-Slope calculates and displays slope-compensated distances, adjusting for elevation changes between you and the target. This provides a 'play as' distance for more accurate club selection.
