Setup and First Use
1. Charging the Case and Earbuds
Before first use, fully charge the charging case and earbuds. Connect the USB-C charging cable to the port on the back of the case and to a power source. The LED display on the case will show the charging progress and battery percentage. The earbuds will charge automatically when placed inside the case.

2. Pairing with Your Device
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically power on and enter pairing mode.
- On your smartphone or Bluetooth-enabled device, go to the Bluetooth settings.
- Search for "Ordtop i13" (or similar name) in the list of available devices.
- Select "Ordtop i13" to connect. Once connected, you will hear an audio prompt, and the indicator light on the earbuds will change.
- The earbuds will automatically reconnect to the last paired device when taken out of the case, if Bluetooth is enabled on the device.

Wearing the Earbuds
Gently place the earbud into your ear canal and adjust the earhook over your ear for a secure and comfortable fit. Ensure the ear tip forms a good seal for optimal sound quality and noise isolation.

Touch Controls
The earbuds feature touch-sensitive controls on their outer surface. Specific functions may vary slightly, but common controls include:
- Play/Pause: Single tap on either earbud.
- Next Track: Double tap on the right earbud.
- Previous Track: Double tap on the left earbud.
- Answer/End Call: Single tap on either earbud during an incoming call or active call.
- Reject Call: Press and hold either earbud for 2 seconds during an incoming call.
- Activate Voice Assistant: Triple tap on either earbud.
Power On/Off
- Power On: Open the charging case, or press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 3 seconds.
- Power Off: Place the earbuds back into the charging case and close the lid, or press and hold the touch area on both earbuds for 5 seconds.
Maintenance and Care
- Cleaning: Regularly clean the earbuds and charging case with a soft, dry, lint-free cloth. Do not use harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- Ear Tips: Remove and clean the silicone ear tips periodically with mild soap and water. Ensure they are completely dry before reattaching.
- Storage: When not in use, store the earbuds in their charging case to protect them and keep them charged.
- Water Resistance: While IPX8 waterproof, avoid prolonged submersion in water. Ensure the charging port is dry before charging.
Troubleshooting
Earbuds Not Pairing/Connecting:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Turn off and on your device's Bluetooth.
- Place earbuds back in the case, close the lid, wait a few seconds, then open again to re-enter pairing mode.
- If previously paired, try "forgetting" the device in your phone's Bluetooth settings and re-pairing.
Only One Earbud Working:
- Ensure both earbuds are charged.
- Place both earbuds back into the charging case, close the lid, and then open it again. This often resets the connection between them.
- Check if both earbuds are properly seated in the charging case and making contact with the charging pins.
Charging Issues:
- Verify the USB-C cable is securely connected to both the case and the power source.
- Try a different USB-C cable or power adapter.
- Ensure the charging contacts on the earbuds and in the case are clean and free of debris.
