3. Setup
3.1 What's in the Box
Upon unpacking, ensure all components are present:

3.2 Charging the Device
The monitor is equipped with a rechargeable battery. Use the provided Type-C cable to charge the device. A full charge supports over 200 measurements. The device will indicate low battery when charging is required.
4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Preparing for Measurement
For accurate readings, follow these guidelines:
- Sit quietly for at least 5 minutes before measurement.
- Avoid talking or moving during measurement.
- Measure before taking breakfast or medication in the morning.
- Wait at least 1-1.5 minutes between measurements.
- Ensure at least 30 minutes have passed since physical activity.

4.2 Applying the Cuff
- Place the cuff directly on the bare skin of your upper left arm. The bottom edge of the cuff should be 2-3 cm above your elbow.
- Ensure the arm cuff is at the same level as your heart.

4.3 Taking a Measurement
- With the cuff correctly applied, press the START/STOP button to begin the measurement. Keep your arm in a relaxed position.
- The cuff will inflate, and the measurement will proceed automatically.
- Once the device finishes measuring, the results will be displayed on the LED screen.
4.4 Dual User Mode
The device supports two users (User A and User B) and stores 90 readings separately for each. To switch between users, press the user switch button (often indicated by a person icon) before taking a measurement.

4.5 Silent Mode
To enable or disable the voice announcement:
- In the power-off state, press and hold the user switch button for three seconds. The display will show "SP ON" (Voice On) or "SP OFF" (Voice Off).
- Press the user switch button again to toggle between "SP ON" and "SP OFF".
- Press START/STOP to confirm and restart in the selected mode.

4.6 Understanding Your Readings
The monitor displays Systolic (SYS), Diastolic (DIA), and Pulse readings. The three-color indicator provides a quick visual reference for your blood pressure category:

The device also features Irregular Heartbeat Detection. If an irregular heartbeat is detected, a corresponding icon will appear on the display. Consult your physician if this occurs frequently.

5. Maintenance
5.1 Cleaning
- Wipe the monitor and cuff with a soft, dry cloth.
- If necessary, use a cloth lightly dampened with water or a mild detergent, then wipe dry.
