Setup

1. Charging the Headphones

Before first use, fully charge your CPTEA G3 headphones. Connect the provided USB-C charging cable to the charging port on the headphones and to a USB power source. The charging indicator will show the charging status.

  • Charging Time: Approximately 2 hours for a full charge.
  • Battery Life: Up to 12 hours talk time, 15 hours listening time, 150 hours standby time.

2. Powering On/Off

  • Power On: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light flashes.
  • Power Off: Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light turns off.

3. Bluetooth Pairing

  1. Ensure the headphones are powered off.
  2. Press and hold the Power button until the indicator light flashes red and blue alternately, indicating pairing mode.
  3. On your device (smartphone, laptop, tablet), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
  4. Select "G3" from the list of devices.
  5. Once connected, the indicator light will turn solid blue or flash blue slowly.

4. Dual-Device Connection

The CPTEA G3 headphones support simultaneous connection to two Bluetooth devices. After pairing with the first device, disable Bluetooth on that device. Then, pair the headphones with the second device. Once the second device is paired, re-enable Bluetooth on the first device. The headphones should now be connected to both devices, allowing you to seamlessly switch audio sources.

Operating Instructions

Call Management

  • Answer/End Call: Press the Multi-function button once.
  • Reject Call: Press and hold the Multi-function button for 2 seconds.
  • Mute/Unmute Microphone: Press the dedicated Mute button on the microphone boom.

Music Playback

  • Play/Pause: Press the Multi-function button once.
  • Next Track: Press and hold the Volume Up button.
  • Previous Track: Press and hold the Volume Down button.

Volume Control

  • Increase Volume: Press the Volume Up button.
  • Decrease Volume: Press the Volume Down button.

Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe the headphones with a soft, dry cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners or immerse in water.
  • Storage: Store the headphones in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
  • Sweat Resistance: The headphones are sweat-resistant, making them suitable for workouts. However, avoid prolonged exposure to heavy moisture.

Troubleshooting
