Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove all components from the packaging.
2. Clean: Wash all glassware, crisper plates, and lids with warm, soapy water or place them in the dishwasher before first use. Wipe the main unit with a damp cloth.
3. Placement: Place the main unit on a clean, dry, and level surface. Ensure there is adequate space around the unit for proper ventilation.
4. Assemble: Place the desired CleanCrisp Glassware onto the modular base. If using the 6-quart glassware, ensure the modular base is in its extended position. For 2.5-quart glassware, the modular base should be in its compact position. Insert a crisper plate into the glassware if required for your recipe.
5. Power: Plug the main unit into a grounded electrical outlet.

Operating Instructions

The Ninja Crispi Pro features an intuitive control panel for easy operation. The unit offers 6 customizable functions:

1. Control Panel: The main unit features a digital display, a 'MODE' button to cycle through functions, '+' and '-' buttons to adjust time, and a 'START' button to begin cooking.
2. Select Function: Press the 'MODE' button to cycle through the available cooking functions: Max Crisp, Air Fry, Bake/Proof, Roast, Recrisp, and Dehydrate. The selected function will illuminate on the display.
3. Adjust Time: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to set your desired cooking time.
4. Start Cooking: Press the 'START' button to begin the cooking cycle. The unit will automatically preheat if necessary.

Cooking Functions & Temperature Ranges:

• Max Crisp: 425-450°F (Best for frozen favorites)
• Air Fry: 400-425°F (For crispiness and crunch)
• Bake/Proof: 375-400°F (Gentle heat for all your baked treats)
• Roast: 350-400°F (Best for large cuts of meat)
• Recrisp: 380-400°F (Revive your leftovers)
• Dehydrate: 105-195°F (For drying fruits, vegetables, and meats)

Cleaning and Maintenance

Proper cleaning and maintenance ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your Ninja Crispi Pro.

• Glassware, Crisper Plates, and Lids: All CleanCrisp Glassware, crisper plates, and storage lids are dishwasher safe for convenient cleaning. They can also be hand-washed with warm, soapy water.
• Main Unit: Wipe the main unit and heating element with a clean, damp cloth after each use. Do not immerse the main unit in water or any other liquid.
• Cool Down: Always allow the unit and accessories to cool completely before handling or cleaning.

Troubleshooting

• Unit Not Turning On: Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a working electrical outlet. Check if the main unit is properly seated on the modular base and the glassware is correctly inserted.
• Food Not Cooking Evenly: Ensure not to overcrowd the glassware. For best results, cook food in a single layer or in batches. Shake or flip food halfway through the cooking cycle.
• White Smoke from Unit: This may occur if cooking high-fat foods. Ensure the glassware and crisper plate are clean and free of excess oil or food debris.
• Food Not Crispy: Ensure the crisper plate is used for air frying and max crisp functions. Do not overcrowd the basket. Increase cooking time or temperature slightly if needed.
