This manual provides detailed instructions for the installation, operation, and maintenance of your Zebronics Zeb-Zyro Premium Gaming Cabinet. Please read this manual thoroughly before beginning assembly or use to ensure proper functionality and safety.
The Zeb-Zyro is a mid-tower gaming chassis designed to support mATX and Mini ITX motherboards. It features a tempered glass side panel, a front mesh design for optimal airflow, and comes equipped with four 120mm ARGB LED fans for effective cooling and aesthetics.

2. Package Contents
Verify that all components are present in the package:

3. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper assembly and installation of your components.
3.1. Preparing the Chassis
- Place the chassis on a flat, stable surface.
- Carefully remove the tempered glass side panel by unscrewing the thumb screws.
- Remove the rear panel to access the cable management area.

3.2. Motherboard Installation
- Install the necessary standoffs for your mATX or Mini ITX motherboard.
- Carefully place the motherboard into the chassis, aligning it with the standoffs and I/O shield opening.
- Secure the motherboard with screws provided in the accessory kit.
3.3. Power Supply Unit (PSU) Installation
- Install the PSU from the rear of the chassis, aligning it with the bottom-mounted PSU bracket.
- Secure the PSU with screws.
3.4. Drive Installation (HDD/SSD)
The chassis supports 2x 3.5" HDDs and 2x 2.5" SSDs.
- Locate the drive bays/mounts behind the motherboard tray or in the PSU shroud area.
- Mount your 2.5" SSDs or 3.5" HDDs using the provided screws.

3.5. Graphics Card (VGA) Installation
- Remove the necessary expansion slot covers at the rear of the chassis.
- Insert your VGA card (up to 320mm length) into the PCIe slot on your motherboard.
- Secure the VGA card with screws.
3.6. Cooling System Installation (Fans/AIO)
The chassis comes with four 120mm ARGB LED fans (front and rear). Additional fans and AIO coolers can be installed.
- Front: Supports up to 3x 120mm or 3x 140mm fans, or a 360mm AIO cooler.
- Top: Supports up to 2x 120mm or 2x 140mm fans, or a 240mm AIO cooler.
- Rear: 1x 120mm fan (pre-installed).
- Bottom: Supports up to 2x 120mm or 2x 140mm fans.

3.7. Front Panel Connections
Connect the front panel cables to your motherboard according to your motherboard manual.
- Power Button: Connect to the motherboard's power header.
- Reset Button: Connect to the motherboard's reset header.
- LED Indicator: Connect to the motherboard's power LED header.
- USB 3.0 Port: Connect the USB 3.0 cable to the motherboard's USB 3.0 header.
- USB Ports (2x): Connect the USB 2.0 cable to the motherboard's USB 2.0 header.
- Headphone & Mic Jack: Connect the HD Audio cable to the motherboard's audio header.
- RGB LED Lights: Connect the ARGB fan controller to the motherboard's ARGB header (5V 3-pin) or a dedicated ARGB controller.

4. Operating Instructions
Once all components are installed and connected, you can power on your system.
- Ensure all external peripherals (monitor, keyboard, mouse) are connected.
- Connect the power cable to the PSU and a wall outlet.
- Flip the power switch on the PSU to the "ON" position.
- Press the Power Button on the front panel of the chassis to start your computer.
- The ARGB LED fans will illuminate, and the system will begin its boot sequence.
5. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure optimal performance and longevity of your gaming cabinet.
5.1. Dust Filter Cleaning
The Zeb-Zyro chassis includes integrated top magnetic and bottom dust filters to prevent dust buildup.
- Periodically check the dust filters for accumulation.
- Gently remove the top magnetic dust filter.
- Slide out the bottom dust filter.
- Clean the filters using compressed air or a soft brush.
- Reinstall the dust filters securely.

5.2. General Cleaning
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe down the exterior surfaces of the chassis.
- Avoid using harsh chemicals or abrasive materials.
- For internal cleaning, use compressed air to remove dust from components and fan blades. Ensure the system is powered off and unplugged before internal cleaning.
6. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues, refer to these common troubleshooting steps.
6.1. System Does Not Power On
- Ensure the power cable is securely connected to both the PSU and the wall outlet.
- Verify the PSU's power switch is in the "ON" position.
- Check all internal power connections, especially the 24-pin ATX and 8-pin CPU power cables to the motherboard.
- Confirm the front panel power button cable is correctly connected to the motherboard header.
6.2. Fans Not Spinning / RGB Not Lighting Up
- Check fan power connections to the motherboard or fan controller.
- Ensure ARGB cables are correctly connected to the motherboard's 5V 3-pin ARGB header or a dedicated controller.
- Verify that any fan/RGB software or BIOS settings are configured correctly.
6.3. USB Ports Not Functioning
- Ensure the front panel USB 3.0 and USB 2.0 cables are securely connected to the corresponding headers on your motherboard.
- Check your motherboard's BIOS settings for USB port enablement.
