Setup
Initial Charging of the Power Bank:
- Before first use, fully charge your RORRY CharmGo Power Bank.
- Connect the included USB-C to USB-C cable to the power bank's USB-C port.
- Connect the other end of the cable to a compatible USB-C wall adapter (not included). For fastest charging, use a 30W PD compatible adapter.
- The LED indicators on the power bank will illuminate to show charging progress. All LEDs will be solid when fully charged.
- A full charge takes approximately 1.3 hours with a 30W PD adapter.

Operating Instructions
Charging Your Devices:
- Using Built-in Cables: Gently pull out the appropriate built-in cable (USB-C or Lightning) from its slot. Connect it directly to your device.
- Using USB-C Port: For devices requiring a different cable or for additional charging, use your own USB-C cable and connect it to the power bank's USB-C port.
- The power bank will automatically begin charging your device. The LED indicators will show the remaining battery level.
- To stop charging, simply disconnect the cable from your device.
- When not in use, ensure the built-in cables are securely retracted into their slots to prevent damage.
Simultaneous Charging (Up to 3 Devices):
You can charge up to three devices concurrently using the built-in USB-C cable, built-in Lightning cable, and the external USB-C port. Note that when charging multiple devices simultaneously, the total output will be limited to 15W.
Pass-Through Charging:
The RORRY CharmGo supports pass-through charging. This means you can charge the power bank itself while it is simultaneously charging your connected devices. Connect the power bank to a wall adapter, then connect your devices to the power bank.

Maintenance

Power bank not charging:

Slow charging:
