3. Setup Guide

Assembly

1. Unpack all components from the box.
2. Insert the handle into the main body of the VACMOP until it clicks securely into place.
3. Attach a fresh disposable VACMOP pad to the bottom of the cleaning head. Ensure it is firmly attached.

Charging

1. Locate the charging port on the back of the VACMOP unit.
2. Plug the charging cable into the port and then into a standard wall outlet.
3. The indicator light will show charging status. Allow the unit to fully charge before first use.

Filling the Solution Tank

1. Open the solution tank cap located on the main body of the VACMOP.
2. Carefully pour the Shark VACMOP cleaning solution into the tank until it reaches the MAX fill line.
3. Securely close the cap.

4. Operating Instructions

Vacuuming

1. Ensure a disposable pad is attached and the unit is charged.
2. Press the power button to activate the vacuum suction. The Reveal light will also illuminate.
3. Guide the VACMOP over sealed hard floors to pick up dry debris, dust, and pet hair.

Spray Mopping

1. After vacuuming, or for wet messes, press the spray button located on the handle to dispense cleaning solution.
2. Mop the area with the attached disposable pad to clean and absorb wet messes.
3. For optimal results, it is recommended to vacuum dry debris first, then spray mop.

Using the Reveal Light

The integrated Reveal light automatically activates with the vacuum function. This light helps to illuminate hidden debris, dust, and hair on your floors, ensuring you don't miss any spots during your cleaning routine.

5. Maintenance

Disposable Pad Replacement

1. When the disposable pad is full of debris or saturated, it's time for replacement.
2. Position the VACMOP over a trash receptacle.
3. Press the pad release button (typically located on the side of the cleaning head) to detach the used pad without touching it.
4. Attach a new disposable VACMOP pad by aligning it with the cleaning head and pressing firmly until it clicks into place.

Solution Tank Care

1. After each use, or when changing cleaning solutions, empty any remaining liquid from the tank.
2. Rinse the tank with clean water to prevent residue buildup.
3. Allow the tank to air dry completely before refilling or storing.

6. Troubleshooting

• Reduced Suction: Ensure the disposable pad is correctly attached and not overly full. Replace the pad if necessary. Check for any blockages in the suction channel.
• No Spray: Verify the solution tank is filled with Shark VACMOP cleaning solution. Check that the tank cap is securely closed. Ensure the spray nozzle is not clogged.
• Unit Not Turning On: Confirm the unit is fully charged. If the battery is low, the indicator light may flash. Plug in the charging cable and allow sufficient time for a full charge.
• Streaking on Floors: Use only Shark VACMOP cleaning solution as directed. Excessive solution or an overly dirty pad can cause streaking. Replace the pad and use the recommended amount of solution.
