Setup & Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your APPECK Permanent Outdoor Lights:
- Prepare the Surface: Confirm the installation position and clean any dust or debris from the wall or eaves.
- Attach Lights: Peel off the adhesive backing from each LED light and firmly stick it to the desired surface for 5 seconds. For added security, use the provided screws to fix each string light.
- Connect Components: Connect the power supply to the control box, then connect the Y-shaped cable to the control box. Finally, connect the light strings to the two ends of the Y-shaped cable.
- Power On & Pair: Plug in the power adapter. Press and hold the button on the control box for 6 seconds until the lights flash red. Then, connect to the Smart Life app via a 2.4G Wi-Fi network.
Important Note: Do not connect all light strings to a single circuit without using the Y-shaped connector. This branch connection design protects the light strings and controller from insufficient power supply and signal interruption, ensuring stable operation for all lights.
Operating Instructions
Smart Life App Control
The Smart Life APP provides full control over your lights. You can program scenes, save favorites, create looping effects, and set schedules. Adjust individual light colors, toggle on/off, and fine-tune brightness directly from the app. (Note: The app requires a 2.4G network connection.)
Voice Control
These lights are compatible with Alexa and Google Assistant. Use simple voice commands to manage your outdoor lighting anytime, anywhere.
Remote Control
Use the included remote control for convenient access to basic functions. (Note: Remote control does not include AAA batteries.)
Music Sync
The outdoor LED lights can capture sounds or songs via their built-in microphone or your phone, making the bulbs pulse to music. This feature is ideal for parties and festive occasions. You can also group multiple light sets to sync their effects.
Maintenance

Troubleshooting
Lights Not Turning On / Inconsistent Lighting
- Check Connections: Ensure all power supply, control box, and light string connections are secure and properly sealed.
- Verify Parallel Branch Connection: The system uses a parallel branch design with a Y-shaped connector. Ensure light strings are connected to both ends of the Y-shaped connector. Connecting all lights to a single circuit can cause insufficient power or signal interruption.
- Power Supply: Confirm the power adapter is plugged into a working outlet.
App Displays Maximum 144 Lights
The "Actual Point 144" displayed in the app refers to the maximum number of lights supported by a single circuit, not the total number of lights in your 300ft set. This is a protective measure for the light strings and controller. For sets with more than 144 lights (e.g., 216 lights in the 300ft set), you must use the parallel branch configuration with the Y-shaped connector. This ensures all lights operate stably by preventing insufficient power supply and signal interruption caused by too many lights on a single circuit.
Remote Control Not Working
- Check Batteries: Ensure fresh AAA batteries are installed correctly in the remote control.
- Line of Sight: Point the remote directly at the control box.
