2.2. General Assembly Steps

1. Attach the casters to the chair base.
2. Insert the gas lift into the center of the chair base.
3. Secure the seat mechanism to the underside of the seat cushion.
4. Attach the backrest to the seat mechanism.
5. Mount the armrests to the seat.
6. Place the assembled seat and backrest onto the gas lift.
7. Install the headrest.

3. Operating and Adjusting Your Chair

The MELOKEA ReliefBack Pro offers multiple adjustment options to customize your seating experience for optimal ergonomic support and comfort.

3.1. Seat Depth Adjustment

The seat depth can be adjusted by 5 cm to accommodate different body types and relieve pressure on the thighs and buttocks. Locate the lever under the seat, pull it, and slide the seat forward or backward to your desired position. Release the lever to lock.

3.2. 4D Armrest Adjustment

The 4D armrests provide comprehensive adjustability to support your arms and shoulders, reducing fatigue. Each armrest can be adjusted in four dimensions:

• Height: Press the button on the side of the armrest and move it up or down.
• Orientation (Swivel): Rotate the armrest pad left or right.
• Angle: Pivot the armrest pad inwards or outwards.
• Depth (Forward/Backward): Slide the armrest pad forward or backward.

3.3. Dynamic Lumbar Support

The flexible backrest and automatic lumbar support system adapt to your movements, maintaining a healthy posture. The lumbar support can incline up to 30° to provide continuous support.

3.4. Recline Function and Locking

The chair offers four distinct recline angles (90°, 120°, 130°, 140°) for working, relaxing, or resting. Use the recline lever located under the seat to adjust the angle. Push the lever in to lock the backrest at your desired angle, and pull it out to allow free recline.

3.5. 2D Headrest Adjustment

The 2D headrest can be adjusted in height (up to 10 cm) and angle (up to 90°) to provide optimal neck and head support.

• Height: Grasp the headrest and slide it up or down.
• Angle: Tilt the headrest forward or backward to your preferred angle.

3.6. Seat Height Adjustment

Adjust the seat height by up to 10 cm to match your desk height and personal preference. Pull the lever located under the seat upwards while seated to lower the seat, or while standing to raise it. Release the lever to lock the height.
