4. Setup
4.1 Initial Charging
Before using the device for the first time, fully charge it using the included USB-C charging cable. The device may not power on if the battery level is too low. Ensure you use a certified 5V charger.
4.2 Adjusting the Headband
Adjust the elastic headband to ensure a comfortable and secure fit. The headband is 180° adjustable to accommodate various head circumferences (19-28 inches).

5. Operating Instructions
5.1 Power On/Off
Press and hold the power button for 3 seconds to turn the device on or off.
5.2 Massage Modes
The HEM-7 offers various massage modes combining air compression, heat, and music. Cycle through modes by short-pressing the power button. Voice prompts will announce the selected mode.
- Soothe Mode: Pressure + Heat + Music
- Cold Compression Mode: Pressure + Music (Use with Cooling Gel Pad)
- Hot Compression Mode: Heat + Music
- Sleep Mode: Music only
- Vitality Mode: Pressure + Heat + Music
5.3 Heating & Cooling Functions
The device features a gentle heat function. For cooling relief, insert the refrigerated Cooling Gel Pad into the massager before use.
5.4 Bluetooth Music
To connect via Bluetooth, ensure the device is powered on. Search for
