Important Safety Instructions
Please read all instructions carefully before using this electric fireplace stove. Failure to follow these instructions may result in fire, electric shock, or injury.
- Ensure the power outlet voltage matches the appliance's requirements.
- Do not operate the fireplace with a damaged cord or plug. If the cord is damaged, it must be replaced by the manufacturer or a qualified service agent.
- Keep combustible materials such as furniture, pillows, bedding, papers, clothes, and curtains at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) from the front of the heater and away from the sides and rear.
- Do not insert or allow foreign objects into any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.
- To prevent a possible fire, do not block air intakes or exhaust in any manner. Do not use on soft surfaces, like a bed, where openings may become blocked.
- The fireplace is equipped with an Overheat Protection Device. If the heater overheats, it will automatically shut off. To reset, unplug the unit, wait 10-15 minutes for it to cool, then plug it back in.
- Close supervision is necessary when any heater is used by or near children or invalids and whenever the heater is left operating and unattended.
- Do not use outdoors. This electric fireplace is designed for indoor use only.

Setup
Unpacking
- Carefully remove the electric fireplace stove from its packaging.
- Inspect the unit for any signs of damage during shipping. If damage is found, do not operate the unit and contact customer support.
- Retain the packaging for future storage or transport.
Placement
- Place the fireplace stove on a firm, level surface.
- Ensure there is adequate clearance around the unit for proper ventilation. Maintain at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) from walls, furniture, and other objects.
- Avoid placing the unit directly under a wall-mounted television or other heat-sensitive electronics.
- Do not place the unit in areas where it may be exposed to moisture or direct sunlight.
Power Connection
- Ensure the power cord is fully extended and not pinched or covered.
- Plug the power cord directly into a grounded 120V AC, 60Hz outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips, as this may create a fire hazard.
- Verify that the outlet is not overloaded with other appliances.
Operating Instructions
The control panel is located under the top lid of the fireplace stove. Lift the lid to access the controls.

Control Panel Functions
- Thermostat Control Knob: Rotate to adjust the desired room temperature. The heater will cycle on and off to maintain this setting.
- Flame ON/OFF Switch: Toggles the realistic flame effect on or off. The flame effect can be used independently of the heating function.
- Heating Setting 1000W Switch: Activates the heater at a lower power setting (1000 Watts).
- Heating Setting 1500W Switch: Activates the heater at a higher power setting (1500 Watts). Use both 1000W and 1500W switches for maximum heat output.
- Flame Dimmer Control: Rotate to adjust the brightness and intensity of the flame effect.

Sleep Mode
When activated, the device will switch to hot air mode and turn off the flame effect. This, combined with its ultra-low noise operation (below 40dB), provides a peaceful and warm sleeping environment.

Maintenance
Cleaning
- Always unplug the unit from the power outlet and allow it to cool completely before cleaning.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to wipe the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- For the glass viewing panel, use a soft cloth and a non-abrasive glass cleaner.
- Periodically vacuum the air intake and exhaust vents to remove dust and debris.
Storage
When not in use, store the fireplace stove in a cool, dry location, preferably in its original packaging, to protect it from dust and damage.
