1. Important Safety Instructions

Please read all instructions carefully before using the VersLife C8PRO vacuum cleaner. Keep this manual for future reference.

  • Ensure the power supply voltage matches the rating label on the appliance.
  • Do not use the vacuum cleaner on wet surfaces or to pick up liquids.
  • Do not pick up burning or smoking objects, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.

3. Product Overview

The VersLife C8PRO is a versatile 2-in-1 wired vacuum cleaner designed for efficient cleaning of various surfaces. It features a powerful 600W motor providing 30000Pa suction, a 5-meter power cable for extended reach, and a washable HEPA filtration system.

4. Setup and Assembly

Follow these steps to assemble your VersLife C8PRO vacuum cleaner:

  1. Attach the Floor Brush: Align the floor brush with the bottom end of the telescopic tube and push firmly until it clicks into place.
  2. Connect the Telescopic Tube: Insert the upper end of the telescopic tube into the main unit's suction inlet. Ensure it is securely fastened.
  3. Adjust Tube Length: To adjust the length of the telescopic tube, press the release button and extend or retract the tube to your desired height. Release the button to lock it in position.
  4. Power Connection: Unwind the 5-meter power cable and plug it into a suitable electrical outlet.

Converting to Handheld Mode:

To use the vacuum cleaner in handheld mode, simply detach the telescopic tube and floor brush from the main unit. You can then attach the 2-in-1 brush directly to the main unit for cleaning smaller areas or upholstery.

5. Operating Instructions

Powering On/Off:

Once plugged in, press the power button located on the main unit to turn the vacuum cleaner on. Press it again to turn it off.

Cleaning Different Surfaces:

  • Hard Floors: Use the floor brush directly on hard surfaces like wood, tile, and laminate.
  • Carpets: The adjustable head of the floor brush allows for effective cleaning on low-pile carpets. Adjust as needed for optimal suction.
  • Above-Floor Cleaning: For furniture, curtains, ceilings, and tight corners, use the vacuum in handheld mode with the 2-in-1 brush. The telescopic tube can also be used for high-reach areas.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance ensures optimal performance and extends the life of your vacuum cleaner.

Emptying the Dustbin:

  1. Ensure the vacuum cleaner is unplugged from the power outlet.
  2. Locate the dustbin release button on the main unit.
  3. Press the button and carefully detach the dustbin.
  4. Empty the contents into a waste bin.
  5. Reattach the dustbin to the main unit, ensuring it clicks securely into place.

Cleaning the HEPA Filter:

The HEPA filter should be cleaned regularly, especially if you notice a decrease in suction power.

  1. Unplug the vacuum cleaner and remove the dustbin.
  2. Carefully remove the HEPA filter from the dustbin.
  3. Tap the filter gently over a waste bin to remove loose dust.
  4. For a deeper clean, rinse the HEPA filter under running water until the water runs clear.
  5. Allow the filter to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reinserting it. Do not use a dryer or direct heat.
  6. Reinsert the dry filter and reattach the dustbin.

Cleaning the Nozzle:

The brush-less nozzle design minimizes hair tangles, but occasional cleaning may still be required.

  • Unplug the vacuum cleaner.
  • Inspect the nozzle opening for any blockages or debris.
  • Remove any tangled hair or large debris manually.

7. Troubleshooting

If you encounter any issues with your VersLife C8PRO, refer to the following troubleshooting guide:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Vacuum cleaner does not turn on. Not plugged in; power outlet malfunction; damaged power cord. Ensure the plug is securely inserted. Test the outlet with another appliance. Check the power cord for damage. If damaged, contact support.
Low suction power. Full dustbin; clogged filter; blocked nozzle/tube. Empty the dustbin. Clean or replace the HEPA filter. Check the nozzle and telescopic tube for blockages and remove them.
Unusual noise during operation. Blockage in the nozzle or tube; foreign object in the motor area. Turn off and unplug the vacuum. Check for and remove any blockages. If the noise persists, contact customer support.
Dust escaping from the vacuum. Dustbin not properly closed; damaged filter; dustbin seal issue. Ensure the dustbin is securely attached. Check the HEPA filter for damage and replace if necessary. Inspect dustbin seals.
