- Ensure the power outlet voltage matches the appliance's rating.

- Keep the appliance away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
- Place the ice maker on a stable, level surface with adequate ventilation around it.

- This appliance is not intended for use by persons (including children) with reduced physical, sensory or mental capabilities, or lack of experience and knowledge, unless they have been given supervision or instruction concerning use of the appliance by a person responsible for their safety.
- Use only potable water in the ice maker.

Setup and First Use
Unpacking:
- Remove all packaging materials and check for any damage.
- Ensure all accessories (ice basket, ice scoop) are present.
Placement:
- Place the ice maker on a flat, stable surface, away from direct sunlight and heat sources.
- Allow at least 4 inches (10 cm) of space around the unit for proper ventilation.
- Before first use, let the unit stand upright for at least 2 hours if it has been tilted during transport.

Initial Cleaning:
- Clean the interior with a soft cloth and warm water with a mild detergent. Rinse thoroughly.
- Run a self-cleaning cycle (see Maintenance section) before making ice for consumption.
- Discard the first 2-3 batches of ice produced to ensure cleanliness.
Operating Instructions
- Add Water: Open the lid and fill the water reservoir with potable water up to the MAX fill line. Do not overfill.
- Power On: Plug the ice maker into a grounded electrical outlet. Press the ON/OFF button to start the ice making process. The POWER indicator will illuminate.
- Select Ice Size: Press the SELECT button to choose between SMALL or LARGE ice cube sizes. The corresponding indicator light will illuminate.

- Ice Production: The ice maker will begin producing ice. The first batch of 9 ice cubes will be ready in approximately 6 minutes.

- Ice Full Indicator: When the ice basket is full, the ICE FULL indicator will light up, and the ice making process will pause. Remove ice to resume production.
- Add Water Indicator: If the water level in the reservoir is too low, the ADD WATER indicator will light up. Add more water and press the ON/OFF button to restart.
- Storage: The ice maker does not have a refrigeration function. It is recommended to transfer ice to a freezer for long-term storage.
Maintenance
Self-Cleaning Function:
The Aeitto HIM001 features an automatic self-cleaning function to maintain hygiene and prevent limescale buildup. It is recommended to use this function weekly.
- Ensure the ice basket is empty.
- Fill the water reservoir with clean water up to the MAX line.
- Press and hold the ON/OFF button for 5 seconds. The CLEAN indicator will illuminate, and the machine will begin a 15-minute cleaning cycle.
- Once the cycle is complete, drain the water from the reservoir by removing the drain plug located at the bottom of the unit.
- Rinse the interior with fresh water and drain again.

General Cleaning:
- Always unplug the unit before cleaning.
- Clean the exterior with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
- Remove the ice basket and wash it with warm, soapy water. Rinse and dry thoroughly.
- For thorough internal cleaning, a solution of water and vinegar (10:1 ratio) can be used in the self-cleaning cycle. Follow with several plain water cycles to rinse.
Troubleshooting
