1. Introduction

Thank you for choosing the Slevoo C1-M20 Smart Countertop Reverse Osmosis Water Filter System. This advanced 6-stage filtration system is designed to provide clean, great-tasting water for your home or office. It features alkaline remineralization, a TDS display, and a 5L capacity tank, all without requiring complex installation.

3. Safety Information

• Ensure the power source is compatible with the unit's requirements (AC 100-240V, 60Hz).
• Do not immerse the main unit in water or other liquids.
• Keep the appliance away from heat sources and direct sunlight.
• Operate the system within the specified temperature range: 39.2°F (4°C) to 104°F (40°C).
• Do not allow children to operate the appliance without supervision.
• Only use original Slevoo replacement filters.

4. Setup

Follow these steps for the initial setup of your Slevoo C1-M20 water filter system:

1. Unpack and Place: Remove all packaging materials. Place the unit on a stable, flat countertop.
2. Wash the Feed Water Tank: Lift and remove the feed water tank from the back of the unit. Wash it thoroughly with clean water.
3. Fill the Feed Water Tank: Fill the feed water tank with tap water up to the MAX fill line (5L/169oz). Place the tank back into the system, ensuring it is securely seated.
4. Wash the Glass Carafe: Wash the glass carafe with clean water.
5. Install Alkaline Remineralization Filter: Insert the mineralized filter into the designated slot in the glass carafe lid.
6. Initial Flushing (Important for First Use):
   • Plug in the machine.
   • Place the empty glass carafe on the water tray. The machine will automatically make water until the carafe is full (40oz).
   • Empty the water from the carafe and the feed water tank into a sink. Note: This water is not drinkable during the flushing process.
   • Repeat steps 3-5 four (4) times to flush out the protective liquid from the filter.

5. Operating Instructions

Your Slevoo C1-M20 offers multiple ways to dispense purified water:

5.1 Automatic Water Purification (40oz Carafe)

• Place the empty glass carafe on the water tray.
• The machine will automatically detect the carafe and begin filling it with purified water.
• The system will automatically stop when the carafe reaches its 40oz capacity, preventing overflow.

5.2 Dispensing Specific Volumes

• Place your cup or container on the water tray.
• Use the touch controls on the top panel to select your desired volume: 8oz, 20oz, or 40oz.
• The machine will dispense the selected volume and stop automatically.

5.3 Manual Dispensing (Any Volume)

• Place your cup or container on the water tray.
• Short press the manual water button (often indicated by a water droplet icon) to start dispensing.
• Press the button again to stop dispensing when you have reached your desired volume.

5.4 Using the Glass Infuser Basket

The included glass infuser basket allows you to create fruit-infused water:

• Place your desired fruits or tea leaves into the infuser basket.
• Insert the infuser basket into the glass carafe.
• Fill the carafe with purified water using the automatic or manual dispensing methods.
• Allow the water to infuse for a period to achieve desired flavor.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Filter Replacement

The Slevoo C1-M20 uses a 5-IN-1 composite filter. The system's monitoring display will indicate the filter's lifespan and when replacement is needed. Typically, the filter requires replacement once every 12-24 months, depending on usage and water quality.

• To replace the filter, ensure the unit is unplugged.
• Remove the old filter by twisting and lifting it out.
• Insert the new 5-IN-1 composite filter and twist to secure it.
• After replacement, perform an initial flushing cycle as described in the Setup section to prepare the new filter.

6.2 Cleaning

• Regularly clean the feed water tank and glass carafe with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
• Wipe the exterior of the main unit with a soft, damp cloth. Do not use abrasive cleaners.
• If the machine will not be used for an extended period, remove the filter and store it in the refrigerator.
