Headset Components

Controls and Ports
The headset features easily accessible controls on the left earcup:
- Microphone & Light Switch: Single click for mic mute/unmute, double click for RGB lighting on/off.
- Volume + Button: Press to increase volume, hold to continuously increase.
- Volume - Button: Press to decrease volume, hold to continuously decrease.
- Power Button: Long press for 3 seconds to power on/off. Single click to play/pause or answer a call. Double click to end or reject a call.
- Type-C Charging Interface: For charging the headset.
- 3.5mm Audio Jack: For wired connection.

Setup & Connectivity
The AOC ACG 2502 headset offers multiple connectivity options for various devices.
2.4GHz Wireless Connection (USB Transmitter)
- Insert the USB transmitter into an available USB-A or USB-C port on your PC, PS4, PS5, or Nintendo Switch.
- Power on the headset by pressing and holding the Power Button for 3 seconds.
- The headset will automatically connect to the transmitter. The indicator light on the transmitter will turn solid white, and the headset's indicator light will change from flashing blue to solid blue upon successful connection.

Bluetooth 5.4 Connection
- Press and hold the Power Button for 3 seconds to turn on the headset.
- Switch the button to "Bluetooth mode" (refer to Product Overview for button location). The indicator light will blink blue, indicating pairing state.
- On your mobile device or PC, open Bluetooth settings and search for "AOC ACG2502".
- Select the headset to pair. Once connected, the indicator light will turn solid blue.
Note: Bluetooth modes are not compatible with PS5.
3.5mm Wired Connection
- Connect one end of the Type-C to 3.5mm Audio Cable to the headset's Type-C port.
- Connect the other end (3.5mm jack) to your device's 3.5mm audio port (e.g., PC, PS5/PS4 controller, Nintendo Switch, mobile device, Xbox Series X/S controller).
Note: Only the 3.5mm wired mode is compatible with Xbox Series X/S. Other Xbox models are not supported. Nintendo Switch does not support microphone input in wired mode.

Operating Instructions
Power On/Off
Press and hold the Power Button for approximately 3 seconds to turn the headset on or off.
Volume Adjustment
Press the Volume + button to increase the volume. Press and hold to continuously increase. Press the Volume - button to decrease the volume. Press and hold to continuously decrease.
Microphone Control
Single click the Microphone & Light Switch to mute or unmute the microphone. The microphone is detachable and flexible for optimal positioning.
RGB Lighting Control
Double click the Microphone & Light Switch to toggle the ambient RGB lighting on or off.
