General Operation Steps:

  1. Prepare Mixture: Mix your desired ingredients (juice, syrup, water, etc.) thoroughly in a separate container before pouring into the machine. Ensure the mixture is not too thick or contains large solids.
  2. Pour Mixture: Open the lid and carefully pour the pre-mixed liquid into the mixing cylinder. Do not overfill past the maximum fill line.
  3. Select Program: Use the control panel to select your desired program.
  4. Wait for Freezing: The machine will begin the freezing and mixing process. The LED display will show the temperature. The process typically takes 20-40 minutes depending on the mixture and desired consistency.
  5. Dispense: Once the desired consistency is reached, place a glass under the dispensing spout and pull the lever to serve.

6. Maintenance and Cleaning
