Setup
1. Charging the Earbuds and Case
Before first use, fully charge the ACwO DwOTS Flow earbuds and their charging case.
- Place the earbuds into the charging case, ensuring they are correctly seated.
- Connect the charging case to a power source using a compatible USB cable.
- The indicator lights on the case will show the charging status.
- A 10-minute charge provides approximately 2.5 hours of playtime. A full charge offers up to 50 hours of total playtime with the charging case.

2. Pairing with a Device
The ACwO DwOTS Flow earbuds use Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless connectivity.
- Open the charging case. The earbuds will automatically enter pairing mode.
- On your device (smartphone, tablet, laptop), enable Bluetooth.
- Search for "ACwO DwOTS Flow" in the list of available Bluetooth devices.
- Select "ACwO DwOTS Flow" to connect. Once connected, a voice prompt will confirm successful pairing.
Dual Connectivity: These earbuds support connecting to two devices simultaneously. After pairing with the first device, follow the pairing steps for the second device. The earbuds will intelligently switch between devices.

Operating Instructions
Wearing the Earbuds
The open-ear design ensures comfort and allows you to remain aware of your surroundings. Gently place the earbuds over your ears, ensuring a stable and comfortable fit.

Call Management

- Answer/End Call: Tap the touch control area on either earbud once.
- Reject Call: Press and hold the touch control area on either earbud for 2 seconds.
Music & Gaming Modes

- Gaming Mode: Offers dynamic sound with reduced latency for an immersive gaming experience.

Maintenance
- Cleaning: Use a soft, dry cloth to clean the earbuds and charging case. Avoid using abrasive materials or harsh chemicals.
- Water Resistance: The earbuds are IPX5 water resistant, meaning they can withstand splashes and sweat. Do not submerge them in water. Ensure they are dry before placing them back in the charging case.
- Storage: Store the earbuds in their charging case when not in use to protect them and keep them charged.
