Setup
1. Battery Installation
The remote control requires one CR2032 lithium button battery (not included). Follow these steps to install the battery:
- Locate the battery compartment on the back of the remote control.
- Use a small coin or tool to twist the battery cover counter-clockwise to open it.
- Insert the CR2032 battery with the positive (+) side facing downwards (upside down) into the compartment. Ensure it is centered.
- Replace the battery cover by twisting it clockwise until secure.

2. Initial Pairing with Treadmill
To ensure proper functionality, the remote control must be paired with your treadmill. This process must be completed within 10 seconds of the treadmill being powered on.
- Start your treadmill.
- Within 10 seconds of starting, unplug the safety lock from the treadmill.
- Point the remote control directly at the treadmill's display window.
- Press and hold the "start/stop" button on the remote control.
- You will hear a "D.D.D" sound, confirming successful pairing.
Note: Both pairing and unpairing operations must be performed within 10 seconds of the treadmill being powered on.
Operating Instructions
Once paired, the remote control allows you to manage your treadmill's basic functions.
- Start/Stop Button: Press to start or stop the treadmill.
- Speed Adjustment Buttons (+/-): Use the plus (+) button to increase speed and the minus (-) button to decrease speed.
