Setup Instructions

1. Unpacking and Placement

2. Water Bottle Installation (Bottom-Load)

  1. Open the lower cabinet door of the dispenser.
  2. Remove the cap from a new 3 or 5-gallon water bottle.
  3. Insert the probe from the dispenser into the opening of the water bottle.
  4. Slide the water bottle into the cabinet and close the door securely.

3. Initial Flushing

Before first use, it is recommended to flush the system to remove any dust or manufacturing residue.

Operating Instructions

The dispenser can produce bullet-shaped ice. The ice indicator will illuminate when ice is being made.

4. ECO Mode

To conserve energy, especially at night, activate the ECO mode.

5. Nightlight Feature

The nightlight feature automatically illuminates the dispensing area when water or ice is being dispensed, providing visibility in low-light conditions.

The "Empty Bottle Alert" indicator will light up when the water bottle needs to be replaced.

Troubleshooting

Problem Possible Cause Solution
No water dispensing.
  • Water bottle empty or not properly installed.
  • Unit not plugged in or power switch off.
  • Replace or properly install water bottle.
  • Ensure unit is plugged in and power is on.
Water not hot/cold enough.
  • Unit recently plugged in (needs time to heat/cool).
  • ECO mode is active (for hot water).
  • Thermostat issue (unlikely for new unit).
  • Allow 15-30 minutes for water to reach desired temperature.
  • Deactivate ECO mode if hot water is desired.
  • Contact customer support if problem persists.
Ice maker not producing ice.
  • No water in the reservoir.
  • Ice maker function not activated.
  • Ambient temperature too high.
  • Ensure water bottle is full and properly installed.
  • Check if the "Making Ice" indicator is on.
  • Ensure unit is in a cool, well-ventilated area.
"Empty Bottle Alert" is on, but bottle is full.
  • Sensor malfunction or obstruction.
  • Water bottle probe not fully inserted.
  • Check for any obstructions around the sensor.
  • Re-insert the water bottle and probe firmly.
