1. Introduction

This bundle includes the Modulair Compression Wrist Wrap Massager, the Modulair Battery Controller, and a Hot & Cold Relief Gel Hand Sleeve. This system is designed to provide targeted compression massage, heat therapy, and hot/cold relief to help alleviate discomfort and promote recovery in your wrists, palm, and thumb. 2. Important Safety Information

4.1 Modulair Compression Wrist Wrap Massager

This wrap features integrated air compression chambers and heating elements designed to fit comfortably around your wrist. It connects directly to the Modulair Battery Controller for power and control.

The universal controller powers the wrist wrap, offering 4 air compression massage programs, adjustable intensity, and 3 heat settings. It is rechargeable and provides up to 5 hours of runtime. The SMRTflex chip inside ensures seamless operation with Modulair wraps.

4.3 Hot & Cold Relief Gel Hand Sleeve

A soft-touch, stretch fabric sleeve with a contoured hydrogel design for targeted hot or cold therapy to the hand, wrist, and thumb. It can be chilled in a freezer or warmed in a microwave.

5. Setup Instructions

5.1 Charging the Modulair Battery Controller

1. Connect the provided USB charging cable to the charging port on the Modulair Battery Controller.
2. Plug the other end of the USB cable into a compatible USB power adapter (not included) or a computer USB port.
3. The indicator light on the controller will show charging status. Allow approximately [X] hours for a full charge (refer to controller's specific charging time if available).

5.2 Attaching the Wrist Wrap to the Controller

6. Operating Instructions

6.1 Using the Modulair Compression Wrist Wrap Massager

1. Wear the Wrap: Place the wrist wrap around your wrist, ensuring a comfortable but snug fit. Secure it with the adjustable fasteners.
2. Power On: Press and hold the power button on the Modulair Battery Controller to turn it on.
3. Select Program: Press the 'Program' button to cycle through the 4 available air compression massage programs. Each program offers a different compression pattern.
4. Adjust Intensity: Press the 'Intensity' button to select your desired compression intensity level.
5. Activate Heat: Press the 'Heat' button to cycle through the 3 soothing heat settings (Low, Medium, High) or to turn heat off.
6. Session Duration: The device typically operates in timed sessions. Refer to the controller's display for remaining time or automatic shut-off.
7. Power Off: Press and hold the power button to turn off the device when finished.

6.2 Using the Hot & Cold Relief Gel Hand Sleeve

The gel hand sleeve can be used independently for targeted hot or cold therapy.

For Cold Therapy:

1. Place the gel hand sleeve in the freezer for up to 2 hours.
2. Remove from freezer and place on your hand, wrist, or thumb for soothing cold relief.

For Hot Therapy:

1. Place the gel hand sleeve in a microwave.
2. Heat for 30-40 seconds. Do not overheat.
3. Carefully remove and test the temperature before placing on your skin. If more heat is desired, heat in 10-second increments.
