4. Setup and Initial Use
The RUNIMON RM01 treadmill requires no assembly and is ready for use directly from the box. Follow these steps for initial setup:
- Unfold the Treadmill: Carefully lift the treadmill from its folded position.
- Adjust Incline (Optional): To set the 9% manual incline, lift the treadmill and extract the pins from the foot pads on both sides. Adjust the foot pads to the desired position and re-insert the pins to secure them.
- Stabilize the Treadmill: Adjust the central support bolt on the underside of the treadmill until it firmly touches the ground, ensuring maximum stability. Perform this on both sides.
- Install PAD Holder: Insert the PAD holder into the designated slot on the handlebar.
- Connect Power: Plug the power cable into the treadmill and then into a suitable wall outlet.
- Attach Safety Key: Before starting any workout, attach the red safety key to the designated magnetic area on the console and clip the other end to your clothing. The treadmill will not operate without the safety key in place.

Use the '+' and '-' buttons on the console or remote control to adjust the speed. The speed range is 1-12 km/h when the handles are raised, and 1-8 km/h when the handles are lowered (walking pad mode).
Mode Selection:
The treadmill offers 6 different modes, including fat burning, walking, running, office, physical therapy, and pet training. Select the desired mode using the 'MODE' button on the console or remote.
