2. Safety Instructions

To reduce the risk of fire, electric shock, or injury, always follow basic safety precautions when using an electrical appliance.

  • Read all instructions before using the appliance.
  • Do not use outdoors or on wet surfaces.
  • Do not allow to be used as a toy. Close attention is necessary when used by or near children.
  • Use only as described in this manual. Use only manufacturer’s recommended attachments.
  • Do not use with a damaged cord or plug. If appliance is not working as it should, has been dropped, damaged, left outdoors, or dropped into water, return it to a service center.
  • Do not pull or carry by cord, use cord as a handle, close a door on cord, or pull cord around sharp edges or corners. Do not run appliance over cord. Keep cord away from heated surfaces.
  • Do not unplug by pulling on cord. To unplug, grasp the plug, not the cord.
  • Do not handle plug or appliance with wet hands.
  • Do not put any object into openings. Do not use with any opening blocked; keep free of dust, lint, hair, and anything that may reduce airflow.
  • Keep hair, loose clothing, fingers, and all parts of body away from openings and moving parts.
  • Do not pick up anything that is burning or smoking, such as cigarettes, matches, or hot ashes.
  • Do not use to pick up flammable or combustible liquids, such as gasoline, or use in areas where they may be present.
  • Do not pick up toxic material (e.g., chlorine bleach, ammonia cleaner, drain cleaner).
  • Do not use without dust cup and/or filters in place.
  • Turn off all controls before unplugging.
  • Use extra care when cleaning on stairs.
  • Do not charge the unit outdoors.
  • Use only the charger specified by the manufacturer.
  • Do not incinerate the appliance even if it is severely damaged. Batteries can explode in a fire.

4. Setup

4.1 Assembly

  1. Attach the Extension Wand: Insert the metal extension wand into the main unit until it clicks securely.
  2. Attach the Floor Brush: Connect the floor brush head to the other end of the extension wand until it clicks.
  3. Install Accessories: For handheld use or specific cleaning tasks, attach the 2-in-1 brush tool or long crevice nozzle directly to the main unit or the extension wand.

4.2 Charging the Battery

Before first use, fully charge the vacuum cleaner for approximately 5.5 hours. The battery can be charged in two ways:

  • Direct Charging: Connect the charger directly to the charging port on the main unit.
  • Wall-Mount Charging: Install the wall mount in a convenient location. Place the vacuum cleaner onto the wall mount, then connect the charger to the wall mount's charging port.

The LED display will show the charging status. A full charge provides up to 75 minutes of runtime.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1 Power On/Off and Suction Modes

Press the power button to turn the vacuum on. The LED display will show the current battery level and suction mode. Press the mode button to cycle through different suction levels: MIN, MID, and MAX, to suit your cleaning needs.

5.2 Cleaning Features

  • Anti-Tangle V-Roller Brush: The specialized brushroll is designed to prevent hair tangles, ensuring continuous cleaning performance.
  • Anti-Static Design: Embedded anti-static fibers help eliminate static charge, preventing hair and dust from clinging to surfaces and improving pickup efficiency.
  • Night-Seeing Green Light: The integrated green LED lights on the floor brush enhance contrast, making hidden dust and debris visible on various floor types.
  • Bi-directional Flexible Floor Brush: The brush head offers 90° vertical and 180° horizontal rotation, allowing easy maneuverability under furniture and around obstacles.
  • Self-Standing Design: The vacuum can stand upright on its own, allowing you to pause cleaning at any moment without needing to lean it against a wall or lay it down.

6. Maintenance

6.1 Emptying the Dustbin

To maintain optimal suction, empty the dustbin regularly, ideally after each use or when the 'Dust-filled Tips' indicator appears on the LED display.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off.
  2. Press the dustbin release button (usually located near the handle) to detach the dustbin from the main unit.
  3. Position the dustbin over a trash can and press the bottom release latch to open the dustbin flap and empty its contents.
  4. Close the dustbin flap and reattach the dustbin to the main unit until it clicks securely.

6.2 Cleaning Filters

The HEPA filter and mesh filter should be cleaned regularly to prevent clogging and maintain suction power. It is recommended to clean them monthly or as needed.

  1. Remove the dustbin as described above.
  2. Twist and pull out the HEPA filter and mesh filter assembly from the dustbin.
  3. Tap off loose dirt. Rinse both filters under cold running water until the water runs clear.
  4. Allow filters to air dry completely for at least 24 hours before reassembling. Do not use a hairdryer or other heating devices.
  5. Reinsert the dry filters into the dustbin and reattach the dustbin to the main unit.

6.3 Cleaning the Brush Roll

Although the V-roller brush is designed to be anti-tangle, occasional cleaning may be necessary, especially if the 'Tangle Reminder' appears on the LED display.

  1. Ensure the vacuum is turned off and disconnected from power.
  2. Locate the brush roll release tab on the side of the floor brush head.
  3. Remove the brush roll. Use the provided hair cleaning tool or scissors to cut and remove any tangled hair or debris.
  4. Reinsert the brush roll, ensuring it clicks back into place.

7. Troubleshooting

Refer to the following table for common issues and their solutions:

Problem Possible Cause Solution
Vacuum does not turn on. Battery is depleted. Charge the battery fully.
Low suction power. Dustbin is full. Filters are clogged. Obstruction in nozzle/hose. Empty dustbin. Clean or replace filters. Remove any obstructions.
