Setup Instructions

1. Connect the Power Adapter: Plug the provided 65W PD charger into a wall outlet. Connect the 5ft braided charging cord to the USB-C input port on the back of the THREEKEY charging station.
2. Power On: Once connected, the charging station will power on. The ambient light may briefly illuminate.
3. Positioning: Place the charging station on a flat, stable surface.

Operating Instructions

Charging Devices

• Charging iPhone (MagSafe): Place your MagSafe-compatible iPhone (iPhone 12 series or newer) onto the magnetic charging pad. The iPhone will snap into place and begin charging wirelessly at up to 15W. The device supports both portrait and landscape orientations, enabling StandBy Mode.
• Charging Apple Watch: Place your Apple Watch onto the dedicated Apple Watch charging module. Ensure the watch is properly aligned for charging to begin.
• Charging AirPods: Place your AirPods charging case (with wireless charging capability) onto the designated wireless charging pad at the base of the station. Ensure the case is centered for optimal charging efficiency. Remove thick protective covers if charging issues occur.
• Charging a Fourth Device (via Retractable USB-C Cable): Pull out the built-in 3ft retractable USB-C cable from the side of the charging station. Connect it to your iPad, Android device, or any other USB-C compatible device to initiate charging. The cable can be adjusted to several lengths.

Ambient Light Control

• Turn On/Off: Double-click the light button located on the back of the charging station to turn the ambient light on or off.
• Adjust Brightness: After turning the light on, single-click the light button to cycle through the four preset brightness levels: 0% (off), 25%, 50%, and 100%.

Maintenance

• Cleaning: Disconnect the charging station from power before cleaning. Use a soft, dry, lint-free cloth to wipe the surface. Do not use abrasive cleaners, solvents, or aerosol sprays.
• Storage: When not in use for extended periods, store the charging station in a cool, dry place away from direct sunlight and extreme temperatures.
• Cable Care: Avoid excessive pulling or bending of the retractable USB-C cable to prevent damage. Ensure it retracts smoothly.

Troubleshooting

• Device Not Charging:
  • Ensure the charging station is properly connected to the 65W PD adapter and a working power outlet.
  • Verify that your device is correctly aligned on the charging pad. For AirPods, ensure the case is centered.
  • Remove any thick phone cases or metallic objects that may interfere with wireless charging.
  • Check if your device is compatible with wireless charging (Qi2 for iPhone, MFI for Apple Watch).
  • If using the retractable cable, ensure it is fully extended and securely connected to both the charging station and your device.
• Slow Charging:
  • Ensure you are using the provided 65W PD adapter and cable. Using a lower-wattage adapter may result in slower charging speeds.
  • Confirm your device supports 15W Qi2 charging. Older devices may charge at a slower rate.
  • Avoid charging in excessively hot environments, as this can trigger thermal protection and reduce charging speed.
• Ambient Light Not Working:
