2. Safety Information

Read and understand all safety instructions before operating the EAMIRUO EA-70 Quick Access Car Gun Safe. Failure to follow these instructions may result in injury or damage.

• Finger Safety: When unlocking the gun safe using the fingerprint scanner, keep fingers clear of the spring-loaded door mechanism to prevent injury from the rapid deployment.
• Unloaded Firearm: Ensure the firearm is unloaded before placing it into or removing it from the safe. The spring pressure of the door is significant.

4. Setup and Installation

4.1 Battery Installation

1. Open the outer cover of the battery compartment.
2. Remove the battery compartment.
3. Install 4 AA batteries, ensuring correct polarity.
4. Place the battery compartment back into the safe.
5. Close the outer cover of the battery compartment.

4.2 Fingerprint Setup

1. Short press the left button and wait for the voice prompt.
2. Enter the same fingerprint 5 times in a row according to the voice prompt.

4.3 Password Setup

1. Short press the right button and wait for the voice prompt.
2. Enter the 6-digit password you want twice in a row according to the voice prompt.

4.4 Safety Cable Installation

1. Pass the wire rope through the hole at the end and secure it where you want it.
2. Press the spring switch to secure the component to the bottom.
3. Pass the wire rope through the safe lock hole and secure it by tightening the nut.
4. Close the outer cover.

4.5 Vehicle Installation (SUV, Pickup)

Suitable for vehicles with a wide distance between the seat and the center console.

1. Install the side bracket on the safe.
2. Secure the safe between the seat and the center console. Ensure the side bracket adheres firmly to the surface of the console.

4.6 Vehicle Installation (Sedan, Hatchback)

Suitable for vehicles with a narrow distance between the seat and the center console.

1. Install the bottom bracket on the safe.
2. Insert the foam between the seat and the center console.
3. Insert the bottom bracket into the middle of the foam.

4.7 Bedside Installation

1. Use a bracket to secure three screws in place, leaving a distance of 0.5cm between the screw and the bracket. Then remove the bracket.
2. Install the side bracket on the safe.
3. Align the bracket with the screws and press down to stabilize the safe.
4. Installation is complete.

5. Operation

5.1 Unlocking the Safe

The EAMIRUO EA-70 offers three methods for quick access:

• Fingerprint Scan: Place a registered finger on the biometric scanner for instant access (0.5 seconds).
• Digital Keypad: Enter your pre-set 6-digit password on the backlit keypad.
• Mechanical Key: Insert and turn the backup mechanical key in the lock.

5.2 Smart Features

• Voice Prompts: The safe provides step-by-step voice guidance during setup and operation.
• Low Battery Indicator: A light indicates when batteries are low and need replacement.

6. Maintenance

• Battery Replacement: Replace all four AA batteries when the low battery indicator illuminates. Use high-quality alkaline batteries.
• Cleaning: Wipe the exterior of the safe with a soft, damp cloth. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents. Keep the fingerprint scanner clean and dry.
• Mechanical Lock: Periodically check the mechanical lock for smooth operation. Do not force the key if it feels stiff.
