1. Overview

The BALILA CM900 Conference Speakerphone is designed to provide clear and efficient audio communication for meetings and calls. Featuring 4 AI omnidirectional microphones with 360° voice pickup up to 20 feet (7 meters), advanced noise reduction, and versatile connectivity options (USB-C and Bluetooth 5.3), this device is suitable for small to mid-sized meeting rooms and home offices. • Power Button: Press and hold to turn the device on or off.
• Mute/Unmute Button: Press to mute or unmute the microphones.
• Volume - Button: Press to decrease the speaker volume.
• Volume + Button: Press to increase the speaker volume.
• Bluetooth Button: Press to enter Bluetooth pairing mode.

4. Setup

4.1 Charging the Device

Before first use, fully charge your CM900 speakerphone. A full charge takes approximately 3 hours and provides over 12 hours of talk time.

1. Connect the provided USB-C to USB cable to the USB-C port on the speakerphone.
2. Connect the other end of the cable to a USB power adapter (not included) or a computer's USB port.
3. The indicator light will show charging status and turn off when fully charged.

4.2 Connecting via Bluetooth

The CM900 supports Bluetooth 5.3 for wireless connection up to 66 feet (20 meters).

1. Press and hold the Power button to turn on the speakerphone. It will announce "Power on, Bluetooth mode" and the Bluetooth indicator will flash blue.
2. On your device (smartphone, tablet, computer), enable Bluetooth and search for available devices.
3. Select "BALILA CM900" from the list of devices.
4. Once connected, the speakerphone will announce "Bluetooth connected" and the indicator light will turn solid blue.

4.3 Connecting via USB-C

For a wired connection, use the provided USB-C to USB cable.

1. Connect the USB-C end of the cable to the speakerphone's USB-C port.
2. Connect the USB-A end of the cable to your computer's USB port. If your computer only has USB-C ports, use the included USB-A adapter.
3. The device will be automatically recognized by your computer, requiring no additional drivers.

5. Operation

5.1 Power On/Off

• To power on: Press and hold the Power button until you hear "Power on".
• To power off: Press and hold the Power button until you hear "Power off".

5.2 Volume Control

• Increase volume: Press the Volume + button.
• Decrease volume: Press the Volume - button.

5.3 Mute/Unmute Microphones

• To mute: Press the Mute button. The indicator light will turn red.
• To unmute: Press the Mute button again. The indicator light will return to blue.

5.4 Call Management

• Answer call: Press the Phone button.
• End call: Press the Phone button.

• Operating Systems: Windows 7/8/10/11, macOS 10.4 or higher, original Android system, Linux, iOS system.

  • Forget the device from your connecting device's Bluetooth list and try pairing again.

  • If connected via USB-C, ensure the cable is securely plugged in and the device is selected as the audio input/output in your computer's sound settings.
  • Restart both the speakerphone and the connected device.
• Microphone not picking up voice:
  • Verify the microphone is not muted.
  • Ensure the speakerphone is placed centrally in the meeting area for optimal 360° pickup.
  • Check the input device selection in your conferencing software settings.
