1. Important Safety Information

Please read all instructions carefully before assembly and use. Retain this manual for future reference.

• Ensure both packages (fireplace insert and TV stand) arrive before starting assembly. They may arrive on different days.
• Always use two people for assembly to prevent injury and ensure proper construction.
• Keep flammable materials at least 3 feet (0.9 meters) away from the front of the electric fireplace and away from the sides and rear to prevent fire hazards.
• Do not exceed the weight limit of the TV stand. The tabletop has a load capacity of 250 lbs.
• Do not operate the fireplace with a damaged cord or plug, or if the heater malfunctions.
• Do not insert or allow foreign objects to enter any ventilation or exhaust opening as this may cause an electric shock or fire, or damage the heater.

2. Setup and Assembly

The PRETZI 80" Modern Fireplace TV Stand is designed for straightforward assembly with detailed instructions, pre-drilled holes, and labeled parts. Two-person assembly is recommended.

2.1 Unpacking and Inspection

• Carefully unpack all components and verify against the parts list provided in the separate assembly guide.
• Inspect all parts for any damage. Contact customer support immediately if any parts are missing or damaged.
• Remove any protective plastic films from mirrored doors or high-gloss surfaces before final assembly.

2.2 Assembly Tips

• Under Panel Lighting: When connecting the under panel lighting, ensure the USB lighting connections are installed inward so they can reach the fireplace for connection. It is advisable to test the fireplace and lighting strips before fully securing them.
• Fireplace Crystals: Before inserting the electric fireplace into the TV stand, locate the decorative crystals (often in a plastic bag) and place them inside the fireplace glass frame. There is typically one screw that allows the glass frame to be removed for this purpose. Distribute the crystals evenly for the best visual effect. This step is crucial as the fireplace fit is snug once installed.

2.3 Placement

Position the TV stand on a flat, stable surface. This unit supports TVs up to 90 inches, providing a balanced and clean entertainment setup.

3.1 Electric Fireplace Operation

• The 36-inch electric fireplace offers 750W and 1500W heating modes for warmth and energy efficiency.
• It features a 1-8 hour timer for automatic shut-off.
• Choose from 12 realistic flame effects and 5 levels of flame brightness to create a cozy ambiance.
• The flame effect can be enjoyed with or without heat, making it suitable for all seasons.
• Control the fireplace settings using the included remote control or the control panel on the unit.

3.2 LED Light Operation

• The integrated LED lighting system offers 20 color combinations.
• Use the dedicated remote control to change colors and adjust lighting modes.

• For the high-gloss cabinet and wood grain particle board surfaces, use a soft, damp cloth for cleaning. Avoid abrasive cleaners or harsh chemicals that could damage the finish.
• For the electric fireplace glass, use a glass cleaner and a soft cloth. Ensure the fireplace is turned off and cool before cleaning.
• Regularly dust the unit to prevent buildup.

4.2 General Care

• Avoid placing hot items directly on the surface without protection.
• Do not expose the unit to excessive moisture or direct sunlight for prolonged periods.
• Periodically check all fasteners and tighten if necessary to maintain stability.

5. Troubleshooting

5.1 Assembly Difficulties

• If instructions seem unclear, carefully re-read each step and refer to the provided diagrams. Ensure all parts are correctly oriented.
• Confirm all pre-drilled holes align before applying force. Do not overtighten screws.

5.2 Electric Fireplace / LED Lights Not Working

• Ensure the unit is properly plugged into a functional power outlet.
• Check if the power switch on the fireplace unit is in the 'ON' position.
• Verify that the remote control batteries are correctly installed and not depleted. If the remote is unresponsive, try replacing the batteries or contacting customer support for a replacement.
• For LED lights, ensure all connections, especially the USB lighting connections, are securely and correctly installed (inward-facing).

5.3 Appearance Issues

• If doors appear scratched, check if a protective plastic film is still present and gently peel it off.
