  • Attach the main sensor unit to the door/window frame and the magnetic strip to the door/window itself.
  • Ensure the gap between the two parts is less than 1 cm when the door/window is closed.

3.2.2. Motion Detectors

  • Mount motion detectors at a height of approximately 2-2.5 meters (6.5-8 feet) in a corner or on a wall.
  • Avoid placing them directly facing heat sources, windows, or areas with strong air currents to prevent false alarms.

Download the Smart Life app (available on iOS and Android) to manage your security system remotely. Follow the in-app instructions to add your PGST A103F alarm host and pair all accessories.

4.1. Arming and Disarming

  • Arm: Activates all sensors. Any triggered sensor will initiate an alarm.
  • Disarm: Deactivates all sensors, allowing free movement within the protected area without triggering an alarm.
  • Stay Arm: Activates perimeter sensors (e.g., door/window sensors) while allowing movement within the interior (e.g., motion detectors are off).

You can arm/disarm the system using the alarm host keypad, remote controls, RFID tags, or the Smart Life app. The system also supports scheduled arming and disarming.

4.2. Alarm Modes and Notifications
