Setup
Before first use, follow these steps:
- Unpack all components from the packaging.
- Wash the inner container, lid, and any accessories (strainer, measuring cup, cleaning brush) with warm, soapy water. Rinse thoroughly and dry.
- Place the main unit on a stable, flat, and dry surface, away from heat sources.
- Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into a grounded electrical outlet.
Operating Instructions
General Operation
- Add your desired ingredients to the inner container.
- Add water, ensuring the liquid level is between the MIN and MAX fill lines indicated inside the container.
- Securely close the lid. Ensure it is properly aligned and locked into place.
- Select the desired function by pressing the corresponding button on the control panel.
- Press the Start/Pause button to begin the operation.
Nut Milk Mode with Adjustable Temperature
The Nut Milk mode offers 7 adjustable temperature settings to cater to various ingredients and preferences: 113°F, 122°F, 131°F, 140°F, 158°F, 176°F, and 194°F. You can also choose to blend at room temperature for a fresh, cool option.

The machine supports a 12-hour delay start, allowing you to add ingredients in advance and set a timer for your beverage to be ready at a specific time. After completing a hot drink cycle, the machine automatically switches to a 6-hour Keep Warm mode, maintaining a temperature of 131°F (55°C).
Note: The Preset and Keep Warm features are not available for Nut Milk (room-temperature drinks), Room-temperature Drinks, and Wash modes.

Auto Clean Function
The machine features an automatic self-cleaning function. After use, simply press the "Wash" button on the control panel to activate it. For optimal cleaning results, it is recommended to add water immediately after pouring out your beverage.

Understanding and Reducing Residue
A small amount of residue may appear when making soy milk, grain drinks, or other plant-based beverages. This is normal and can be reduced with proper use and cleaning.
Why Does Residue Occur?
- Natural Fiber: Soybean and grain fiber may settle at the bottom after blending.
- Starch Gelatinization: Heated starches can form light sediment as the drink cools.
- Hard Water Minerals: Calcium and magnesium in tap water may create scale-like deposits.
- Delayed Cleaning: Residue may stick to the jug if left to dry.
- Beverage Sitting Too Long: Sediment becomes more visible if the drink sits in the jug for an extended time.
Simple Tips to Reduce Residue
- Clean Promptly: Pour out the beverage and rinse the jug with warm water while it is still slightly warm.
- Stir Before Pouring: Stir for 10-15 seconds to evenly distribute natural fiber.
- Use Filtered Water: Purified or filtered water helps reduce mineral buildup.
- Soak if Needed: For certain ingredients, soaking them for 10-15 minutes before processing can help.
Removing Stubborn Residue
- White Vinegar: Mix white vinegar and water (1:2 ratio) and bring to a boil in the machine. Turn off the heat and let soak for 30 minutes, then rinse thoroughly.
- Citric Acid Descaler: Dissolve citric acid descaler in water as directed. Soak for 12 hours (or overnight), then rinse thoroughly.
