3. Setup

  1. Unpacking: Carefully remove the cooler from its packaging. Inspect for any damage.
  2. Initial Placement: Before first use, allow the cooler to stand upright for at least 6 hours. This allows the compressor lubricants to settle.
  3. Power Connection:
    • DC Power (12V/24V): Connect the DC power cord to the cooler's DC input port and then to your vehicle's cigarette lighter socket or a compatible 12V/24V power source.
    • AC Power (100-240V): Connect the AC adapter to the cooler's AC input port, then plug the adapter into a standard wall outlet.

    The cooler is designed to operate with both DC and AC power sources. Ensure the correct cable is used for the respective power input.

  4. Initial Cleaning: Wipe the interior and exterior of the cooler with a damp cloth before placing any items inside.

4. Operating Instructions

Control Panel:

The control panel is located on the top of the cooler and features touch-sensitive buttons and digital displays for each zone.

  • Power Button (): Press to turn the cooler ON or OFF.
  • Settings Button (): Press to cycle through operating modes (ECO, MAX) or to enter temperature unit selection (°C/°F).
  • Temperature Adjustment Buttons (+/-): Use these buttons to increase or decrease the target temperature for the selected zone. There are separate sets of buttons for the large (L) and small (S) zones.
  • Digital Display: Shows the current temperature of each zone.

Temperature Settings:

  1. Turn on the cooler using the Power button.
  2. Select the zone you wish to adjust (L for large, S for small). The active zone's display may flash or have an indicator light.
  3. Use the corresponding '+' or '-' buttons to set your desired temperature. The temperature range is -4°F to 68°F (-20°C to 20°C).
  4. The cooler will automatically adjust to reach and maintain the set temperature.

Operating Modes:

  • ECO Mode: Energy-saving mode, suitable for maintaining temperature over longer periods with lower power consumption (under 30W).
  • MAX Mode: Fast cooling mode, ideal for quickly reaching desired temperatures (up to 50W).
  • To switch modes, press the Settings button () until "ECO" or "MAX" appears on the display, then release.

Battery Protection Settings:

The cooler features a 3-level battery protection system to prevent excessive discharge of your vehicle's battery. To adjust this setting:

  1. With the cooler ON, press and hold the Settings button () for 3 seconds. The current battery protection level (H1, N2, or L3) will flash on the display.
  2. Press the Settings button () repeatedly to cycle through the levels: H1 (High), N2 (Medium), L3 (Low).
  3. Release the button when your desired level is displayed. The setting will be saved automatically.

5. Maintenance

  • Cleaning:

    • Use a soft cloth dampened with mild detergent and water to clean the interior and exterior surfaces.

    • For thorough cleaning, utilize the bottom drain plug to remove any liquids.
  • Defrosting: If frost builds up inside, turn off the cooler and allow the frost to melt naturally. Use the drain plug to remove water. Do not use sharp objects to remove frost.
  • Storage: When not in use for extended periods, ensure the cooler is clean and dry. Store it in a cool, dry place with the lids slightly ajar to prevent odors and mold growth.
  • Ventilation: Regularly check that the ventilation grilles are clear of dust and debris to ensure efficient operation.
