Maintenance

  • Cleaning: Wipe down the wooden surfaces with a damp cloth and mild soap. Avoid harsh chemicals that may damage the wood finish.
  • Wood Care: As the glider is made of wood, consider applying a wood sealant or stain periodically to protect it from weather elements and prolong its lifespan, especially if exposed to direct sun and rain.
  • Fastener Check: Regularly inspect all bolts and screws to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten as needed to maintain stability and safety.
  • Lubrication: If you notice any abnormal noise when using the glider, apply a small amount of lubricating oil to the bearings of the swing arms. (Refer to video 1:08-1:12)
  • Storage: During prolonged periods of non-use or harsh weather conditions, it is recommended to cover the glider or store it in a sheltered area to protect the wood.

  • Squeaking noise during gliding: Apply lubricating oil to the pivot points and bearings of the swing arms.
  • Difficulty assembling: Review the assembly instructions and video carefully. Ensure all parts are correctly oriented and matched. If issues persist, contact customer support.
  • Wood cracking or splitting: While the wood is treated, extreme weather can affect it. Consider applying a wood sealant. If significant damage occurs, contact customer support.
