Setup Instructions

1. Unpack Components: Carefully remove all parts from the packaging. Ensure you have the main unit, clean water tank, wastewater tank, stainless steel sink, and power adapter.

2. Assemble Tanks: Place the clean water tank and wastewater tank into the main unit base. Ensure they are correctly seated.

3. Install Stainless Steel Sink: Place the stainless steel sink on top of the main unit, ensuring it aligns with the water outlet.

4. Fill with Water: Fill the clean water tank with fresh water. Do not overfill beyond the maximum line.
5. Connect Power: Plug the power adapter into the fountain and then into a wall outlet. The fountain can also operate on its internal battery.

Operating Instructions

Power Modes

• AC Powered: When plugged into an outlet, the fountain operates continuously.
• Battery Powered: The built-in 5000mAh rechargeable battery allows for cordless operation. Note that app control may be unavailable when running solely on battery power, and the machine cannot be turned off when plugged in.

Drinking Modes

The fountain offers two primary drinking modes, selectable via the mode button on the unit or through the app:

• Continuous Flow Mode: The fountain provides a continuous stream of water. This mode is only available when connected to a power supply.

Automatic Drainage

The fountain features automatic drainage of wastewater every 24 or 48 hours, which can be configured via the app. Manual drainage is also an option.

Maintenance

Cleaning

Regular cleaning is essential for your pet's health and the longevity of the fountain. The fountain is designed for easy disassembly to facilitate cleaning.

1. Disassemble: Carefully separate the stainless steel sink, main unit top, clean water tank, and wastewater tank.
2. Wash Components: Wash the stainless steel sink, clean water tank, and wastewater tank with mild soap and water. Rinse thoroughly.
3. Clean Black Sponge: The reusable black sponge, located to prevent pipeline blockage, should be rinsed regularly. It does not require frequent replacement like traditional filter cotton.
4. Main Unit: The main unit (containing electronics) is not water washable. Wipe it clean with a damp cloth.
5. Reassemble: Ensure all parts are dry before reassembling the fountain.

Troubleshooting

• Fountain is Loud or Not Dispensing Water:
  • Check if the clean water tank is empty.
  • Ensure the wastewater tank is not full.
  • Inspect the black sponge for blockages and clean if necessary.
  • Disassemble and clean all water-contacting parts thoroughly, especially the pump area, to remove any debris or slime buildup.
  • Verify the power connection. If using battery, ensure it is charged.
• App Notifications Incorrect (e.g., full tank when empty):
  • Ensure the water level sensors are clean and free from obstructions.
  • Check your Wi-Fi connection and ensure the fountain is properly connected to the app.
  • Restart the fountain and the app.
• Water Stagnation Around Pump:
  • Regularly clean the pump and surrounding areas. Some designs may accumulate water that requires manual draining or cleaning.
• Water Splashing:
  • Adjust the fountain's placement. Some cats may splash water while drinking.
