Setup and Installation

The Cavevine Automatic Mahjong Table ships in three secure packages and requires assembly. Two people can assemble this mahjong table in approximately 30 minutes. Following the provided video instructions can simplify the process.

1. Unpacking and Component Identification

Upon receiving the product, you will find three boxes containing the Mahjong Machine Core, Mahjong Tiles with Folding Legs, and the Mahjong Machine Frame. Carefully open the boxes and identify all components.

2. Installing Folding Legs

1. Open the folding leg box and take out the folding legs, mahjong tiles, and related accessories. The box contains a screwdriver and an L-shaped hex key.
2. Place the column upside down on the floor and align the chassis hole with the column. Use the hex wrench to secure the bottom bolt.
3. Lock the brakes on the Cardan wheel and then turn the wheel clockwise to install it.
4. Insert the M5 bolt through the cushion, then use a screwdriver to lock the two cushions.
5. Fasten the two buckles to the folding foot with M4 bolts.

3. Installing the Movement (Main Machine)

1. Stand the mainframe on its side. Remove 8 metal connectors with a screwdriver. (Caution: Do not remove screws in contact with the ground to prevent scratches).
2. Open the main box from the bottom and carefully take out the main machine. Ensure the movement switch is facing up.
3. Remove four screws from both sides of the motor case and install the angle iron with four bolts. (Caution: Pay attention to the fixed direction of the angle iron. Some electrical boxes contain screws that need to be removed first with a socket wrench).
4. After correctly installing the HASP and the metal fastener, the HASP will be locked. Then, turn the Mahjong machine over.
5. Remove all pearl cotton protective blocks, cut off the ties, turn on the power switch, and turn on the power to check if the machine is working properly. (Note: Please follow the guidance of the video. If the machine is not working properly, please take video and photos and then contact us. We will help you to solve the problem).

4. Installing the Border

1. Open the package and remove the border and accessories.
2. Remove the 8 screws around the side of the movement in turn. (Caution: You need to lock the Cardan wheel brakes).
3. Connect the USB port and install the 4 frames to the host with the previously removed bolts.
4. Fix tapping screws on top of the border.
5. The plastic fasteners are connected head to tail to form a mouth shape. The components are installed by tapping. Finally, connect the power cord.

Operating Instructions

Your Cavevine Automatic Mahjong Table is designed for ease of use with an intelligent shuffling system and user-friendly features.

1. Setting Mahjong Tile Counts

The table supports various mahjong tile counts for different game styles. To adjust the tile count:

1. Turn on the power switch (within ten seconds) located on the underside of the table.
2. Press the setting button to adjust to the desired gear level for the number of tiles. For American Mahjong (152 tiles), set to gear 03. For Chinese Mahjong (144 tiles), set to gear 05. For Chinese Mahjong (136 tiles), set to gear 09. For Chinese Mahjong (108 tiles), set to gear 18.

2. Using the Automatic Shuffling System

The table automatically shuffles and sets up tiles. Once tiles are placed into the central well, the system will mix and arrange them into walls.

3. Additional Features

4. Tibetan Card Function (Manual Tile Loading)

The Tibetan card function allows for manual loading of tiles into the internal shuffle mechanism. This function must only be used when the table is in its non-folding, operational state. Using it while folded may cause the table to tip over and affect safety.

1. Ensure the control panel shows that the shuffle is complete (e.g., current setting shuffling 136 cards).
2. Press the lift key to raise the control panel.
3. Push the mahjong tiles into the internal shuffle area.
4. When all cards are pushed inside, long press the opposite dice key on the control panel to initiate the shuffle.
