3. Setup

- Open the lid by lifting the easy-lock handle.

4. Operating Instructions
4.1 Creating a Custom Bag from a Roll:
- Pull the bag material from the roll to the desired length.
- Use the dual-direction sliding cutter to cut the bag.
- Place one end of the cut bag onto the heating bar.
- Close the lid and press the "Manual Seal" button to seal one end, creating a bag.

4.2 Vacuum Sealing Food:
- Place the food into the vacuum sealer bag, leaving at least 2-3 inches of space between the food and the open end of the bag.
- Insert the bag's open end into the vacuum chamber, ensuring it lies flat and smooth. The thoughtful bag clip helps keep the bag in place.
- Close the lid by pulling down the easy-lock handle until it clicks into place.
- Select the appropriate mode based on your food type:
- Dry: For solid foods with no moisture.
- Moist: For foods with some moisture.
- Damp: For foods with higher moisture content.
- Canning: For specific canning applications.
- Choose pressure setting: "Gentle" for delicate items or "Standard" for most foods.
- Press the "Vac&Seal" button to start the automatic vacuum and sealing process. The progress indicator will show the status.

4.3 Pulse Vacuum Mode:

- Insert the smaller end of the vacuum hose into the accessory port on the vacuum sealer.
- Connect the other end of the hose to the canister's vacuum port and press it firmly.
- Select the "Canister" mode on the control panel and press "Enter" to start the process.
