4. Assembly Instructions

Assembly typically takes approximately 40 minutes. It is recommended to have a power drill with a #1 Phillips-head bit for easier assembly, as the included screwdriver may strip with repeated use.

4.1. Prepare the Base and Side Panels

1. Unpack all components and lay them out on a clean, flat surface, preferably on the provided foam packaging to prevent scratches. Identify parts A (Left Side Panel) and B (Right Side Panel).
2. Attach the bottom base (Part E) to the side panels (A and B) using the designated screws. Ensure the panels are correctly oriented with the pre-drilled holes aligning.
3. Secure the top panel (Part F) to the side panels (A and B) using screws.

4.2. Install Back Panels and Corner Brackets

1. Attach the back panels (Parts C and D) to the assembled frame using the provided screws. Ensure they fit snugly to maintain structural integrity.
2. Install the corner brackets (Part G) at the top corners of the cabinet for added stability. Use the appropriate screws (Part Q).

4.3. Shelf Installation

1. Insert the shelf clips (Part I) into the desired slots on the side panels. There are multiple height options to customize your storage space.
2. Carefully place the adjustable shelves (Part H) onto the installed shelf clips. Ensure all four clips are securely supporting each shelf.

4.4. Door Assembly and Installation

1. Attach the door handles (Part N) and the locking mechanism (Part L) to the doors (Parts J and K) using the provided hardware. Ensure the locking mechanism is correctly aligned with the door rods (Part M).
2. Slide the door rods (Part M) into the designated channels on the doors, connecting them to the locking mechanism.
3. Carefully align the top and bottom hinges of the doors with the corresponding hinge points on the cabinet frame. Insert the hinge pins to secure the doors.
4. Test the doors to ensure they open and close smoothly and the locking mechanism functions correctly.

4.5. Anti-Tipping Installation

To prevent the cabinet from tipping over, it is crucial to secure it to a wall using the provided anti-tipping kit (Part P).

1. Position the cabinet in its desired location.
2. Mark the wall through the pre-drilled holes on the back of the cabinet.
3. Drill pilot holes into the wall at the marked locations. Insert wall anchors if necessary (for drywall).
4. Secure the cabinet to the wall using the provided screws and brackets.

5. Operating Instructions

5.1. Adjusting Shelves

The cabinet features 4 adjustable shelves, allowing you to customize the storage space to fit items of various sizes.

1. Empty the shelf you wish to adjust.
2. Remove the shelf clips (Part I) from their current position.
3. Re-insert the shelf clips into the desired slots on the side panels at the new height. Ensure all four clips are at the same level.
4. Carefully place the shelf back onto the clips.

5.2. Locking and Unlocking

The cabinet is equipped with a 3-pointed locking system for secure storage.

1. To lock: Close both doors completely. Insert one of the provided keys (Part O) into the lock on the right door and turn it clockwise until the locking rods engage at the top, bottom, and center.
2. To unlock: Insert the key into the lock and turn it counter-clockwise until the locking rods disengage. The doors can then be opened.

6. Maintenance

Regular maintenance will ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your INTERGREAT storage cabinet.

• Cleaning: Wipe down the cabinet surfaces with a soft, damp cloth and mild detergent. Avoid abrasive cleaners or solvents that could damage the powder-coated finish.
• Inspection: Periodically check all screws and connections to ensure they remain tight. Re-tighten any loose fasteners.
• Rust Prevention: The powder-coated finish is designed to resist rust. However, avoid prolonged exposure to moisture or harsh chemicals. If the coating is scratched, touch up with appropriate paint to prevent rust.
• Lock Mechanism: If the lock mechanism becomes stiff, apply a small amount of graphite lubricant to the keyhole.
