2. Safety Information

WARNING: Do not leave unattended while in use. Keep away from water. Do not use while sleeping. Keep out of reach of children and pets. Do not use if damaged. Consult a doctor before use if you have a medical condition or are pregnant.

Always ensure the product is used according to the instructions to prevent injury or damage. Disconnect from power when not in use or before cleaning.

4. Setup

1. Unpack: Carefully remove the heat wrap and its accessories from the packaging.
2. Connect Controller: Ensure the controller cable is securely plugged into the heat wrap's connection port.
3. Position the Wrap: Place the heat wrap over your neck and shoulders. The weighted edges will help it conform to your body.
4. Secure the Wrap: Use the integrated buttons or ties (if applicable) to secure the wrap comfortably around your neck and torso, ensuring it stays in place during use.
5. Plug In: Connect the power cord from the controller to a standard electrical outlet.

5. Operating Instructions

1. Power On/Off: Press the power button (⏻) to turn the heat wrap on or off. The display will illuminate when powered on.
2. Adjust Temperature: Use the '+' and '-' buttons to cycle through the 6 heat settings (100°F to 150°F). Select your desired comfort level.
3. Set Timer: Press the timer button (🕒) to select an auto shut-off duration: 30, 60, or 90 minutes. The wrap will automatically turn off after the selected time.

• Disconnect Power: Always unplug the heat wrap from the electrical outlet and detach the controller before cleaning.
• Machine Washable: The fabric portion of the heat wrap is machine washable. Use cold water (40°C/104°F) on a gentle cycle.
• Drying: Tumble dry on low heat or air dry. Ensure the wrap is completely dry before reattaching the controller and using it.
• Do Not: Do not iron, dry clean, or bleach the heat wrap. This can damage the heating elements and fabric.

7. Troubleshooting

• No Heat/Power:
  • Ensure the power cord is securely plugged into both the wall outlet and the controller.
  • Check if the controller is properly connected to the heat wrap.
  • Verify the wall outlet is functional by plugging in another appliance.
• Inconsistent Heat:
  • Ensure the heat wrap is spread out evenly and not bunched up.
  • Adjust the heat setting to a higher level if needed.
• Automatic Shut-Off Before Timer:
  • This may indicate the overheat protection has activated. Unplug the unit, let it cool down for a few minutes, and then try again.
  • Ensure the product is not folded or covered in a way that traps excessive heat.
