Important Safety Instructions

Setup
- Unpacking: Carefully remove all components from the packaging. Ensure all parts listed in "Package Contents" are present.
- Placement: Position the fireplace on a flat, stable, and non-combustible surface. Ensure there is adequate clearance from walls and other objects as specified in safety instructions.
- Chimney Pipe Assembly (Decorative): Attach the decorative chimney pipe to the top of the fireplace unit. Ensure it is securely fastened.
- Power Connection: Plug the power cord into a standard 220-240V AC outlet. Do not use extension cords or power strips.
Note: The chimney pipe is decorative and does not require venting to the outside.
Operating Instructions
Control Panel and Remote Control
The KAMINIO Hugo Electric Fireplace can be operated using the control panel located on the unit or the provided remote control.
Power On/Off
- Press the POWER button once to turn the unit on.
- Press the POWER button again to turn the unit off.
Flame Effect
- The 3D flame effect will activate automatically when the unit is powered on.
- Use the FLAME button on the remote or control panel to adjust the brightness or intensity of the flame effect.
- The LED ambient light feature can also be controlled to enhance the visual experience.
Heating Function
- Press the HEATER button to activate the heating function.
- Press again to cycle through heat settings (e.g., low, high, off).
- The unit features overheat protection, which will automatically shut off the heater if it becomes too hot.
Timer Function
- Press the TIMER button to set an automatic shut-off time.
- Each press will cycle through available timer durations (e.g., 0.5h, 1h, 2h, etc.).
Remote Control Battery Installation
Open the battery compartment on the back of the remote control and insert two AAA batteries (not included), ensuring correct polarity.

Cleaning
- Always unplug the fireplace before cleaning.
- Use a soft, damp cloth to clean the exterior surfaces. Do not use abrasive cleaners or solvents.
- Gently wipe the glass panel with a soft cloth.
