7. Troubleshooting
| Problem | Solution |
|---|---|
| Clock display is off or flickering. | Ensure the power adapter is securely plugged into both the clock and the wall outlet. Check if the power outlet is functional. |
| Alarm does not sound. | Verify that the alarm is activated (alarm icon displayed). Check if the alarm time is set correctly (AM/PM). Ensure the volume is not set to zero (if applicable). |
| Settings are lost after a power outage. | Ensure 2 AAA batteries are correctly installed in the battery compartment. Replace old batteries with new ones if necessary. The battery backup only retains settings and sounds the alarm, it does not power the display. |
| USB charging port is not working. | Confirm the clock is powered by the main USB cable. Ensure the device you are trying to charge is compatible with a 5W USB output. Try a different charging cable. |
| Display is too bright or too dim. | Press the Snooze/Dimmer button to manually adjust brightness. Check if the Auto Night Dimmer feature is enabled and adjust its settings if needed. |
