Please read this manual thoroughly before using the product and retain it for future reference. This charger is designed for electric vehicles equipped with a J1772 connector.
Safety Information
FOR EV CHARGING ONLY.
- Ensure the charger is connected to a properly grounded outlet.
- Do not use the charger if the cable or connector is damaged.
- Keep the charger away from water and moisture during operation, unless specifically designed for outdoor use (this model is IP65 rated).
- Do not attempt to disassemble or repair the charger yourself. Contact qualified personnel for service.
- Always follow your vehicle manufacturer's charging guidelines.
- When using 120V power, the maximum current will automatically be limited to 12 Amps to comply with NEC guidelines (National Electrical Code) which stipulate that the maximum current for a continuous load (operating for 3 hours or more) shall not exceed 80% of the branch circuit ampere rating.

1. Outlet Verification
- For Level 2 Charging (240V): A dedicated NEMA 6-20 outlet is required. The charger comes with a fixed NEMA 6-20 plug.
- For Level 1 Charging (120V): Use the provided NEMA 5-15 adapter with a standard 3-prong household outlet (NEMA 5-15 receptacle).

2. Mounting the Charger (Optional)

Operating Instructions
1. Connecting the Charger
- Plug the power cord into the appropriate wall outlet (NEMA 6-20 for Level 2, or NEMA 5-15 with adapter for Level 1).
- The charger's LCD display will illuminate, showing current status.
- Connect the J1772 connector to your electric vehicle's charging port. Ensure a secure connection.

2. Adjusting Current and Setting Delay Timer
The charger features physical buttons for adjusting current and setting a delay timer. These buttons are designed for reliable operation in various weather conditions.
- Current Adjustment: Press the 'A' button to cycle through available amperage settings.
- Level 1 (120V): 6A, 8A, 10A, 12A
- Level 2 (240V): 6A, 8A, 10A, 12A, 16A
- Delay Charging Timer: Press the 'L' button to set a delay for charging to begin. You can set a delay from 1 to 12 hours. This feature allows you to schedule charging during off-peak electricity hours. This is a mechanical timer and does not require an app or Wi-Fi.

3. Understanding the LCD Display and LED Indicators
The LCD display provides real-time charging information. LED indicators on the control box provide quick status updates.
