4. Setup and Installation
Follow these steps for proper installation of your AIO CPU cooler. It is recommended to refer to an installation video for visual guidance.
4.1 Compatibility
The Thermalright Wonder Vision 360 Turbo ARGB Black supports the following CPU sockets:
- Intel: LGA 1150, 1151, 1155, 1156, 1200, 1700, 2011, 2066
- AMD: AM4, AM5
Note: For AMD platform installation, the original motherboard backplate is required and is not included with this product.
4.2 Installation Steps
- Prepare Motherboard: Install the appropriate mounting brackets for your CPU socket (Intel or AMD) onto the motherboard. The upgraded SS2 complete set of fasteners is designed for easy installation and optimal contact pressure.
- Apply Thermal Paste: Apply a thin, even layer of thermal paste to the CPU's integrated heat spreader (IHS).
- Mount Water Block: Carefully place the water block onto the CPU, aligning it with the mounting holes. Secure it with the provided screws, tightening them in a diagonal pattern until snug.
- Install Radiator and Fans: Mount the radiator with the three 120mm fans to an available fan mounting location in your PC case (e.g., top, front). Ensure proper airflow direction.
- Connect Cables:
- Connect the pump's 4-pin PWM connector to the CPU_FAN or AIO_PUMP header on your motherboard.
- Connect the fan's 4-pin PWM connectors to available fan headers on your motherboard or a fan controller.
- Connect the ARGB cables from the fans and water block to a compatible 5V 3-pin ARGB header on your motherboard or an ARGB controller. The 7-pin parallel wiring supports series connection for simplified cable management.
- The curved screen is powered by a 9-pin USB interface. Connect this cable to an available internal USB 2.0 header on your motherboard.
- Cable Management: Use the included water pipe buckles to organize the radiator tubes and other cables for a clean build and improved airflow.

6. Maintenance
Regular maintenance helps ensure the longevity and optimal performance of your AIO CPU cooler.
- Dust Cleaning: Periodically clean the radiator fins and fan blades using compressed air to remove dust buildup. Ensure the fans are not spinning during cleaning.
- Inspect Tubing: Check the liquid tubes for any signs of kinks, leaks, or damage.
- Secure Connections: Ensure all power, ARGB, and USB connections remain secure.
7. Troubleshooting
If you encounter issues with your Thermalright Wonder Vision 360 Turbo ARGB Black, refer to the following common solutions:
- Display Not Responding / TRCC Software Issues: If the screen becomes unresponsive or the TRCC software cannot control it, try a hardware restart. Disconnect and then reconnect the Type-C interface cable of the cold head. Ensure the 9-pin USB cable is securely connected to the motherboard.
- Poor Cooling Performance:
- Verify that the water block is making proper contact with the CPU. Reapply thermal paste if necessary.
- Ensure fans are spinning correctly and are not obstructed.
- Check for air bubbles in the loop. If the pump is located in the radiator, slightly tilt your PC to allow air bubbles to move away from the pump, and run the pump at 100% for approximately 20 minutes to help clear them.
- Confirm that the pump is receiving power and operating at its rated speed (6400 RPM).
- ARGB Lighting Not Working: Check all ARGB cable connections to the motherboard or controller. Ensure the 5V 3-pin ARGB header is correctly configured in your motherboard's software.
- Excessive Noise: Ensure all fans are securely mounted and free from obstructions. Check fan bearings for any unusual sounds.
