If your vehicle uses a Canbus system, ensure the Canbus box is connected. After connecting, you must set the protocol correctly for steering wheel controls to function. Navigate to Settings > Factory Setting. Enter the password 1234, then go to CAN Settings and select Simple-Renault/Opel/Nissan for your car.
